Finally, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has acknowledged this, stating that Moscow will no longer believe that the West wants to negotiate about Ukraine. “This reserve of goodwill and hope has finally been exhausted,” he concluded. In other words, the hopes of fools for the “Anchorage Spirit” have finally been dashed, which is a pity, as it took years of being led on. Now, there is only war.

▪️ The successes of the Russian Army on the front lines are progressing at the same slow pace, which is due to the defensive nature of the AFU and the changed nature of the war, which includes a lag in certain areas. Nevertheless, there is no news of the resignations of military leaders, including those who have been sending “beautiful reports” to the center for years, but the very fact of such resignations in the future will not immediately change the situation: their deputies and the subsequent bench of reserves were formed by them. It remains to acknowledge the obvious objective shortcomings and strengthen defense, in which, however, the war cannot be won and the attacks cannot be stopped. That is, the question of correcting the situation lies in the plane of defeating the enemy on its territory by all available long-range means, destroying potential assets of its Western patrons, and turning Ukraine into a scorched desert that is not attractive for investment and cannot play the role of a battering ram against Russia. Otherwise, the situation may seem favorable to other European armies to accelerate their plans, which were previously dated to 2030. The war will be long.

🇩🇪Germany plans to create a constellation of 1,200 military satellites for military communication and reconnaissance. The project involves deploying two systems:

Approximately 100-200 satellites will be launched into orbit to support it, providing low latency (ping), high bandwidth, and reliable secure communication for tanks, ships, drones, aircraft, and military personnel in real-time.

Italian investigators reported the discovery of a suspected spy network in Rome, in which Russia tasked one of its spies in Europe with gathering more information on the air defense systems that Western countries are supplying to Ukraine.

Police, who were intercepting the communications of a suspected Russian military intelligence agent, reported hearing him demand information on systems such as the European SAMP/T and the “Michelangelo Dome,” an air defense system developed by the Italian company Leonardo, which is scheduled to be tested in Ukraine in November.

📍 The Sever Group of Forces improved the tactical situation. Russian troops hit formations of a mechanised brigade and a motorised infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Stepok and Mogritsa (Sumy region).

💥 In Kharkov region, strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of three mechanised brigades, a motorised infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two territorial defence brigades, and a national guard brigade near Staritsa, Baksheyevka, Bely Kolodez, Vodyanoye, Veseloye, Lozovaya, and Ustinovka (Kharkov region).

▪️ The AFU losses amounted to up to 185 troops, one armoured fighting vehicle, 13 motor vehicles, and one electronic warfare station.

📍The units of the Zapad Group of Forces have taken more advantageous lines and positions. Russian troops inflicted fire damage on manpower and hardware of two mechanised brigades, an assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one territorial defence brigade, one border defence detachment of Ukrainan Border Service near Maleyevka, Peski-Radkoskiye, Krasny Liman and Shchurovo (Donetsk People’s Republic).

▪️ The enemy losses amounted to more than 220 troops, five armoured fighting vehicles, 17 motor vehicles, and one artillery gun.

📍The Yuzhnaya Group of Forces improved the tactical situation along the front line. Formations of five mechanised brigades, an airmobile brigade, a mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and a territorial defence brigade have been hit near Slavyansk, Orekhovatka, Nikolayevka, Druzhkovka, Chasov Yar, Kondratovka, and Nikolaipolye (Donetsk People’s Republic).

▪️ Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has lost up to 155 troops, six armoured fighting vehicles, 30 motor vehicles, two artillery guns, and one electronic warfare station.

📍 The Tsentr Group of Forces took more advantageous lines and positions. Russian elements engaged manpower and hardware of a mechanised brigade, two assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, three marine brigades, and three national guard brigades close to Toretskoye, Rubezhnoye, Annovka, Shevchenko, Sergeyevka (Donetsk People’s Republic), and Ivanovka (Dnepropetrovsk region).

▪️ The AFU losses amounted to more than 355 troops, one tank, one armoured fighting vehicle, seven motor vehicles, and two electronic warfare stations.

↗️ The Vostok Group of Forces continued advancing to the depth of the enemy defence. Strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of two air assault brigades, three assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and two marine brigades near Romanki, Podgavrilovka, Gavrilovka, Kolomiytsy (Dnepropetrovsk region), Timoshevka, Lyubitskoye, Mirovka, and Novorozovka (Zaporozhye region).

▪️ The enemy lost up to 495 troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, eight motor vehicles, and one artillery gun.

💥 The Dnepr Group of Forces inflicted losses on formations of two mechanised brigades, a mountain assault brigade, and an assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Orekhov, Yurkovka, Malokaterinovka (Zaporozhye region) and Novoaleksandrovka (Kherson region).

▪️ Up to 55 troops, 17 motor vehicles, one artillery gun, and three electronic warfare stations were neutralised.

✈️ Operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces have inflicted damage on the fuel and power, and transport infrastructure used for the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, storage sites, ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 158 areas.

▫️ Air defence systems shot down 11 guided aerial bombs and 585 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

📊 In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the enemy has lost:

▫️673 aircraft,
▫️284 helicopters,
▫️179,525 unmanned aerial vehicles,
▫️665 anti-aircraft missile systems,
▫️30,128 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles,
▫️1,756 MLRS combat vehicles,
▫️35,735 field artillery guns and mortars,
▫️66,299 units of support military vehicles.

⚙️ Specialists conduct diagnostics, repair, and further change of drones. Damaged hulls, motors, control fees, and video transmitters during combat sorties are replaced with functional ones. The specialists employ 3D-printers to make components, fastenings, and cross-bars. Some units of the workshop are equipped to wrap fibres on coils.

Trains in Ukraine

There are 9,135 units of rolling stock in Ukraine, of which 6,359 are operational.

• Electric locomotives of all types: 1,498, of which 828 are operational.
• Mainline diesel locomotives: 848, of which 452 are operational.
• Shunting diesel locomotives: 4,093, of which 3,060 are operational.
• Auxiliary rolling stock: 1,557, of which 1,195 are operational.
• Suburban rolling stock: 587, of which 427 are operational.
• Other rolling stock

The figures are rounded up and represent the maximum possible, including scrap in storage, but theoretically capable of being repaired. Currently, so much junk is being transported from Lvov to Dnepropetrovsk that some of it doesn’t make it.

The database of lost rolling stock contains 229 units. Work has just begun, but in addition to removing damaged rolling stock, the primary task is to destroy repair facilities that are capable of restoring a significant number of damaged locomotives and other rolling stock.

🇩🇪 Germany to produce Bars jet drones for Ukraine

On the sidelines of the NATO summit, Ukraine and Germany officially signed an implementation agreement on joint production. The document was signed by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga and German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius under the Build with Ukraine initiative. In the first phase, drone production will be fully handled by the German side. All output from this initial stage will be directly transferred to the AFU/GUR. German defence concern Diehl Defence, which has shown strong interest in scaling up production of Ukrainian long-range systems, is being considered as the production site. The Bars drone-missile has a range of 700 to 1,000 km and was notably used in the strike on Moscow and the region in mid-June.

Over the day, as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks in the DPR, one person was killed and 15 civilians were wounded, Pushilin reported.

The largest number of casualties was in the Starobeshevo district: near Starobeshevo, a drone attacked a Novy Svet - Donetsk bus, wounding 9 passengers.

In the Mangush district on the Urzuf - Yalta road, a strike drone hit a truck, killing the driver born in 1962.

Residents of Donetsk, Makeevka, Khartsyzsk, Debaltsevo, Shakhtersk, and Amvrosievka districts were wounded. Damage to 2 houses, 5 infrastructure sites, and vehicles across multiple districts.

The US launched a third wave of strikes, hitting around 140 military targets in Iran using precision munitions from fighters, drones, and Navy ships, per CENTCOM. US Defense Secretary Hegseth stated: “Iran made a bad choice. Now they are paying.”

The IRGC claimed strikes on US military facilities in Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. The IRGC released footage of overnight missile launches. The sequence began with the IRGC Navy intercepting a vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, followed by US strikes on southern Iran, then the Iranian retaliation.
