Today at a meeting of Ukraine's "commander-in-chief," Zaluzhniy made a big report at the meeting on the situation in Bakhmut and explicitly announced to Zelensky that the only way out in the current situation was to retreat from the town, following the Severodonetsk/Lysychansk example. Zelensky urged the EU to send special missions to Ukraine's critical and energy infrastructure, saying they could be a reliable factor in stabilizing the situation and proper international control. However, Moscow has responded to the initiative. Zelensky seems to have been encouraged by the situation with the IAEA representatives who have expressed an intention to send their missions to all Ukrainian nuclear power plants, as well as the Zaporizhzhya plant. However, this will not do the Kiev regime any good because the Russian Armed Forces will not attack nuclear energy facilities. And even if they intend to "extinguish" them, they will do so by destroying the energy facilities that support them.

Ukrainian military losses near Artemovsk (Bakhmut) are enormous❗️
Scheduled hospital admissions have been halted in Kiev since 2 December on the orders of the Kiev administration.
The reason is the huge number of wounded coming from Bakhmut.
According to an eyewitness, a journalist for the major Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, more than 100 seriously wounded Ukrainian soldiers are being admitted to one hospital evacuation point alone.
The nearest final evacuation points for the 300s are Kharkov and Dnipropetrovsk.
And judging by the fact that Kiev hospitals have stopped planned hospitalizations, it follows that all the beds and corridors of Kiev hospitals are receiving the wounded from Bakhmut.

▪️Ukrainian formations attacked the city of Klintsy in the Bryansk region. The target of the shelling was a military unit.
