Hezbollah Targets Israeli Warship With Cruise Missile
Hezbollah on April 5 claimed it had targeted a warship of the Israeli Navy with a cruise missile off the Lebanese coast, the first such claim by the group since the start of confrontation in Lebanon as a direct result of the American-Israeli war on Iran.
In a statement, the group said it targeted the warship as it was sailing 68 nautical miles off the coast of Lebanon, claiming that it was “preparing to launch attacks on Lebanese territory” and that “a direct hit was confirmed.”
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) told AFP when contacted later that it was “not aware” of any such attack by Hezbollah. The military has maintained a very high level of censorship since the start of the ongoing confrontation.
It was widely believed that Hezbollah’s anti-ship capabilities were wiped out by the IDF during the previous confrontation in Lebanon, which broke out after the start of the war in the Gaza Strip.

Construction work has begun on a large US military logistics facility in southwestern Poland - an Air Port of Debarkation on the premises of Wroclaw-Starachowice Airport.
As part of the work, the following will be built:
◾️A military railway branch to the “Wroclaw-Zachodni” station for cargo transshipment.
◾️Parking aprons, taxiways.
◾️Zones for the transshipment of dangerous materials and ammunition, a weapons warehouse.

After the construction of a new runway, the airport will be able to receive the largest American military transport aircraft - Lockheed C-5 Galaxy (wing span of more than 67-70 m, cargo capacity of about 120 tons).
The full readiness of the center is expected by 2035, and already in 2029 - the possibility of receiving the first cargo aircraft.
The construction is being carried out as part of the Poland Provided Infrastructure program, which ❗️is financed by the Polish budget and also involves expenditures in the interests of Americans on:
◾️expansion of the infrastructure of the military training ground in Drawsko Pomorskie - new barracks (for 1,700 soldiers, replacing tents with modular structures and capital buildings), a canteen, infrastructure improvements.
◾️ creation of a large logistics hub at the Powidz airbase, deployment of the Deployable Air Base System, construction of fuel storage facilities, helicopter parking areas, new barracks and a canteen.
◾️ modernization of the Lask airbase for reconnaissance UAVs. Construction of taxiways, hangars, communications, deployment of infrastructure protection.
The total cost of the work is more than 500 million dollars. From 2022–2025, Poland has already spent hundreds of millions on housing, hangars and other infrastructure for American military personnel.
✨The US, declaring a reduction in the presence of its forces in Europe, is actually creating conditions for the possibility of a rapid transfer of units to the countries of the eastern flank 🚩of NATO, which is directed against 🇷🇺Russia and 🇧🇾Belarus.

On April 5, 2026, an official representative of the Iranian armed forces stated that 🇮🇶Iraq is completely free from all restrictions on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. He emphasized that the restrictions apply only to “hostile countries”, calling Iraq “brotherly”.

❗️On the night of 6 April, in order to destabilise the global hydrocarbon market and stop the supply of petroleum products to European consumers, the Kiev regime attacked the maritime trans-shipment facility in Novorossiysk with the use of fixed-wing UAVs.
The Kiev regime deliberately attacked facilities of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium international oil transport company to inflict maximum economic damage on its largest shareholders: energy companies from the United States and Kazakhstan.
As a result of the strikes, the Ukrainian UAVs damaged a pipeline of a mobile mooring device and a liquid cargo berth as well as four tanks with petroleum products.
In addition, on the night of 6 April, the Ukrainian UAVs attacked the civilian infrastructure of the city of Novorossiysk as well as apartment buildings and private residential buildings, injuring civilians including children.

At a training ground of the Southern Military District, a UAV battalion’s servicemen perform combat cohesion actions after three-month exercises at a training centre.
📍Krasnodar region
The battalion includes copter-type and fixed-wing UAV teams as well as operators of ground-based robotic systems. Soldiers, who already have combat experience, and new ones perform tasks at the training ground.
The servicemen practise the following missions:
▫️ A convoy marching and repelling of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group attacks,
▫️ Deploying on positions and interaction on a battlefield,
▫️ Reconnaissance and adjustment of artillery and flamethrower systems fire,
▫️ Equipping drones with ammunition and dropping them.
⚡️ All teams are coordinated with a single command post: a video of each unit’s UAV is posted on screens. It allows actions to be practised in real time and to make decisions quickly.
💪 The purpose of the cohesion is to create unified combat formations capable of effectively carrying out combat missions, from target detection to the target engagement.

Under the cover of the war with Iran, a super-heavy transporter C-5 Galaxy of the US Air Force, loaded like a barge, is rushing from the Polish Povidz to the NATO logistics center in Rzeszów. In Povidz, there is the “Iron Mountain” - a complex where more than 12,000 pieces of equipment are stored on an area of 60,000 m² (this is about 8-10 football fields under a roof). Next to the equipment storage, there is another gigantic facility - the Munition Storage Area. These are 56 highly protected bunkers-caponiers, where shells, missiles, and ammunition are stored. What exactly and in what quantities the Armed Forces of Ukraine needed is unknown, but for this purpose, they urgently equipped the largest aircraft available to the US.

▪️ The Russian Armed Forces carried out strikes on enemy targets in Odessa, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions
▪️ Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked southern regions. Eight people, including two children, were injured in a massive drone attack on Krasnodar Krai.
