Col. Macgregor: Ukraine is CRUMBLING Under Putin's Military Offensive
Colonel Douglas Macgregor sits down with Stephen Gardner for update on the Ukraine-Russia war. Is the war in Ukraine about to hit a turning point because I am starting to see groups like the Washington post and the New York Times finally tell the truth about the strength and condition of Ukraine’s army and the number of casualties they have suffered? Why do you say that Bakhmut has been like a meat grinder? And is it time for Ukraine to fall back, regroup, give themselves a couple days to build up ammunition, and then dig in and try and hold the line again? Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina says it’s time for the United States to get serious and show Russia who is the boss. He said the US military should start shooting down Russian war planes over international water. Is this a smart move and was following Senator Graham‘s advice policy into war with Russia? Lloyd Austin says Russia is preparing for massive attacks in the spring when the mud dries out and that the United States and NATO need to rush weapons to Ukraine so that they can keep beating back Putin the Russian army.
❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on March 18-19
▪️Ukrainian units again shelled the Kursk region border areas.
Residential buildings and state institutions buildings were hit in Krasnooktyabr'skoe, Elizavetovka and Troitskoe, civilians were not wounded.

▪️Severe battles proceed on the territory of Artemivsk non-ferrous metal processing plant in Bakhmut.
The liberation of the facility will allow Russian forces to advance towards the administrative center of the city.

In recent days, the hills near the railway line at Stepove have come under Russian Armed Forces' control.

Avdeevskoe direction (day 20.03) - clarification of the situation
According to the information I have clarified, the data on taking under our control n.p. Stepovoe (located not on the railway line itself, as it might seem on the map, but about 1 km to the west) do not correspond to reality. Nevertheless, the offensive in this direction is underway, as are the battles between Novobakhmutovka and Novokalinovo (to expand the base of the breakthrough).
And also, if at the same time we superimpose information from the south-west of Avdiivka (where the 1st Slavic brigade is advancing, and where both our missiles and planning bombs have been flying especially often lately), then it is very likely that the coverage of Avdiivka is conceived not as big as one might think. That is, not through Orlovka, which is unrealistic to take in the conditions of spring floods from the south due to the river flowing here and a string of ponds on it. Ours still go in the direction of Lastochkino (slightly east of Orlovka).
And it is obvious that after the capture of Stepovoye (and further, if possible, Berdychi and / or Novokalinovo), our northern strike group will turn south to complete the encirclement of the enemy.
It is worth noting that Krasnogovorka and Stepovoe, located north of Avdiivka, are in fact located on a local local hill, and thus now we are fighting for the prevailing heights of the entire region north of the city.
And we also need to understand that if we drive the enemy out of this area (Stepovoe-Berdychi), the supply of the Avdeevskaya group will hang exclusively on the road, through Lastochkino, to which our southern assault detachments are only 5-6 km away. Moreover, there is already a certain (albeit still weak) fire control over this road.
Zin Note: So Yuri is saying that there is no control over Stepovoe. Take it for what you will.
