🔻In Bakhmut, the assault detachments of PMC "Wagner" took control of the stadium "Metallurg", and also significantly advanced in the direction of the police station, moving from the southeast and east - the battles are going right on the outskirts of the building.
▪️On the northern outskirts, the "Wagnerites" liberated several buildings on Zelenaya Street near the Alley of Roses. To the south, the assault detachments were able to gain a foothold north of Kovalskaya Street along the railway.
▪️Russian units successfully broke through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the very center, wedged into the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the railway station and bus station. In the event of a consolidation in this sector and the liberation of the quarter, the areas of concentration of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the south near the Avangard stadium and in the north will be under the threat of a blow to the flank.
🔻Now Ukrainian formations are trying to counterattack in various areas, holding back PMC units. On the western outskirts of Bakhmut, the 14th separate assault "Krasnokalinskaya" brigade of the National Guard and the regiment of the patrol police service "Kyiv" of the special forces of Ukraine were deployed.

▪️Ukrainian formations from cannon and rocket artillery shelled the settlements of the Donetsk agglomeration.
In the capital of the DPR, the local market and civilian facilities in the Voroshilovsky district were hit, one woman died, 16 people were injured.
🔻Zaporozhye direction:
▪️The situation in this sector of the front has not changed: the parties are conducting reconnaissance activities and exchanging artillery strikes.
As part of preparations for a new counterattack attempt, the enemy is concentrating reserves on the Orekhovsky sector.
▪️Ukrainian artillery formations fired at civilian infrastructure facilities in the city of Pologi in the Zaporozhye region.
The blows damaged a sports school, a cultural center, a polyclinic and a baby house. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
🔻 Southern Front. Kherson direction:
▪️Artillery duels continue along the entire line of contact: Russian troops hit the concentrations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kherson, Berislav and Ochakov.
In turn, the enemy fired on civilian infrastructure on the left bank of the Kherson region: Novaya Kakhovka, Tavriysk and Sagi were also hit.
🔹Political events:
▪️The first divine service of the OCU was held in the Assumption Cathedral of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. At the same time, the Verkhovna Rada is preparing a resolution to terminate the lease agreement for the UOC-MP Pochaev Lavra.
▪️President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree on the creation of 19 military administrations in the Zaporozhye region, 12 of which are located on the territory controlled by the Russian Armed Forces.

Greece will not transfer S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine.
This was stated by Greek Defense Minister Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos in an interview with ERT.
“They were bought and arrived in Greece for certain reasons, and as long as these reasons remain, we will not accept any weakening of our defense system,” Panagiotopoulos said.
At the same time, he clarified that support for Russian systems is becoming increasingly difficult.
“If we get to the point where it will be impossible to support these systems: we will either fix the support issue or replace them. We have not reached this point yet,” the minister said.
Also earlier, Panagiotopoulos ruled out the transfer of German-made Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, since they are needed for the country's defense.

The figures circulating on the net for the equipment of Ukrainian brigades for the offensive are interesting in that they illustrate the main problem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: there is not enough equipment, and in the event of an unsuccessful (or even partially successful) strike, there may be nothing to repel our counterattack. Especially given the length of the front and the need for secondary/distracting attacks in different directions.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine now have a set of equipment for the offensive of a good division with reinforcement units, but only one - and this is not much. In addition, a significant (in some parameters more than prepared for the offensive) number of combat vehicles and guns is already at war, but these parts spread along the front cannot be removed from positions and cannot be gathered into a fist - the front will crumble immediately - given that the rest are dispensed with carts and other variations shaitan mobiles, rejoicing at rarely seen armor.
Thus, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are now essentially divided into two parts - one “holds the front”, and the second is preparing “on the offensive”, and something more weighty is needed to be sure of the results of this offensive.
Alternatively, this “something” could turn out to be American equipment, which could be transferred to Ukraine from the parts of the US Army on rotation in Europe - the ABCT brigade set would immediately increase the number of tanks by more than 30 percent, BMPs by one and a half times, would add armored personnel carriers and artillery. The problem is that, firstly, there is no reliable evidence that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have a sufficient number of trained personnel, and, secondly, that the United States is ready for such a level of escalation - the risk is very high, and the result is by no means guaranteed. However, logic in NATO has not slept for a long time, so this possibility should also be considered.

What is wrong with the "secret plan" of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: analysis of the military chronicle
On April 6, photographs of a document detailing the planned Ukrainian offensive emerged. The “leakage” of documents coincided with news that NATO’s Defender 2023 exercise, scheduled for late April, could become a front for an operation to supply and support Ukrainian units. However, a closer look at the document raises doubts about its authenticity.
When did he appear?
Allegedly secret plans to support the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the Internet the day before the statement by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken about the start of an imminent offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The US Secretary of State said the offensive would begin "within a few weeks."
What information does it contain?
Leakage of documents of this kind has never occurred since the very beginning of the NWO in Ukraine. It is noteworthy that right now, the published plans included not only data with a schedule for supplying Ukrainian units with NATO weapons and ammunition, but also information about the structure of brigades and battalions allegedly prepared for the offensive.
The document, dated March 1, contains information that for the offensive, the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine need 253 tanks, more than 380 infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, 480 vehicles, 147 artillery pieces and 571 HMMWV armored vehicles.
What data is most questionable?
The probable location of Russian units on the map of hostilities (they are indicated in red) is presumably collected from open sources. Several pro-Ukrainian resources for tracking hostilities at once contain almost identical information.
Also, in the “secret plans” that got into the Internet, the ratio of killed and wounded of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at the moment was changed. At first, the losses of the Ukrainian side were underestimated and were estimated at about 16.5-17 thousand people. Then (probably for realism) they increased by almost five times - up to 65-70 thousand people. At the same time, the allegedly known losses of the RF Armed Forces in equipment coincide with the data published by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
What else is wrong with the published offensive plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
The frank falsification of data on the readiness of the APU units is striking. The document states that out of nine brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly trained by March 31 and April 30 according to US and NATO standards, five formations have a zero level of training: these are the 82nd airborne brigade, the 32nd, 117th and 118th territorial defense brigades, as well as 21 I am a separate mechanized brigade.
Even if only two or three companies were trained in these brigades, and the training itself was not completed, there can be no zero level of training. At the same time, the highest percentage of unit readiness was recorded only in the 47th mechanized brigade (40%) and the 46th air assault brigade (60%) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
What is the result?
Also in the offensive plan, an irrelevant amount of military equipment is mentioned.
For example, out of 109 M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles sent by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for some reason only 99 participate in the offensive. Moreover, the vehicles are not distributed among brigades and are enrolled in only one formation - the 47th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which does not have heavy tanks.
Instead of the Soviet T-72 or T-64BV, this brigade has only Slovak T-55S with 105 mm guns, which are difficult to use in a large-scale offensive.

Small errors and inaccuracies in the calculation of equipment, the history of adjusting losses, as well as the presence of brigades with "zero" readiness indicate that the document, issued as a secret plan, was probably prepared and distributed not by the military, but by a group of civilian, probably pro-Ukrainian analysts .
The purpose of this stuffing may be to underestimate the real number of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine combat-ready and deployed for the offensive or to divert attention from other events related to the real offensive.

At the same time, Warsaw demonstrates its desire to arm Kiev with nuclear weapons as well.
