The United States is already preparing a draft agreement to end the conflict in Ukraine, which will be offered to Russia in the event of its defeat, American journalist Seymour Hersh writes on his page on the Substack platform.
"Two months ago, the Joint Chiefs of Staff instructed the members of the headquarters ... to draw up a draft treaty for the end of the war to provide to the Russians after their defeat on the battlefield in Ukraine," he said.
Also, Hersh, citing sources in American intelligence, claims that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his entourage allegedly embezzled at least $400 million from the funds that were transferred to Kiev by the Americans for the purchase of diesel.
"Zelensky bought diesel fuel from the Russians at a discount," Hersh said.
He also claims that CIA director Burns brought to Kyiv a list of 35 names of Ukrainian security officials and officials allegedly involved in corruption and theft of Western aid. After that, 10 people from this list were fired, the remaining 25 remained.
"The ten that got rid of were blatantly showing off the money they had as they drove around Kiev in their new Mercedes," Hersh said, quoting an intelligence official.
Recall that in early 2023, a scandal erupted after the publication of an investigation by Seymour Hersh with accusations against the White House of organizing the undermining of Nord Stream in 2022.
Washington denied these accusations, and Hersh was accused of spreading pro-Russian narratives.

▪️In the south of Bakhmut, Wagner PMC fighters storm Ukrainian positions on Chajkovskogo st., trying to cut the road to Krasne.
Despite heavy losses in personnel, the enemy is trying to counterattack in attempt to seize the initiative.
▪️Russian troops are conducting operation to encircle Avdiivka stronghold from the south near Donetsk.
According to some reports, the frontline is less than a kilometre away from Sjeverne, where AFU major logistics hub is located.
▪️The Kyiv regime continues to shell the Donetsk agglomeration with barrel and rocket artillery.
As a result of the shelling of DPR’s capital, a residential building was destroyed, infrastructure facilities and vehicles damaged, and two people were wounded.
