SBU detained the boat owner who helped people evacuate to the left bank from Kherson
The SBU reported that it had detained the owner of the boats, who was helping local residents to evacuate to the left bank from Kherson. He is accused of smuggling alleged employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation. And before that, he handed over to the Russian military up to six boats, each of which could accommodate up to 30 people.
The man ferried the last people, but he did not leave Kherson. Now he faces an article of the Ukrainian Criminal Code “Aiding the aggressor state” and 12 years in prison. At the same time, the SBU again kept silent about what it was doing to the peaceful pro-Russian population of Kherson, who did not want to leave their hometown - they were shot, tortured and mocked.

🇺🇦💡 Implications of the strikes on Ukraine's energy system as of the morning of 24 November
On the afternoon of 23 November, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive missile strike on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. But as early as the morning of 24 November, power supply was resumed in parts of the regions.
▪️The power supply in Kiev has been restored by 30%, but most districts are still without light. Water has been supplied to the left bank, while on the right bank, where most of the city is located, it should appear within a day. In the region, 1,125 settlements remain without light.
▪️The situation with electricity supply in the neighboring Zhytomyr region is complicated. In Zhytomyr itself, the lights were switched on in the morning, but due to overload, they have been turned off again.
▪️ Half of the districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region have already resumed power supply. But many villages still have no electricity, gas, or communications. In Dnipropetrovsk itself, only 15% of homes had electricity as of morning.
▪️In Lviv, most homes have had light, gas, and water restored. Only in some neighborhoods, there is still no electricity.
▪️ In Odessa and the region, the power supply to critical infrastructure has been restored. But most houses are still without light and electric transport is not working in the city.
▪️ In Kharkiv Region, there is almost no light anywhere, and the metro and transport do not work. An Intercity passenger train is stranded in the neighboring Poltava region, with passengers left to fend for themselves. Electricity and water supplies have been partially restored in Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts.
▪️ In Kirovohrad Region, light has been restored at critical infrastructure facilities. Some subscribers in Mykolayiv and Mykolayiv region have been connected.
The situation is better in the western regions: apart from the Lviv region, light has partially appeared in Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil regions. The restoration of the power supply was helped back up from Poland and Romania, which provided light to 90% of subscribers.
▪️ A problematic situation remained in the Rivne region, where power was turned on but was switched off due to overload, and in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the power supply is very unstable.
🔻 In general, the power supply can be expected to be restored in most areas during the day. To do critical damage to Ukraine's energy sector, infrastructure strikes need to continue.

Consequences of Massive Russian Strikes 2.0 in Ukraine - 🇺🇦 Kiev deliberately leaves people without power to achieve its own goals.
On November 23, the Russian army carried out massive retaliatory strikes on Ukraine's energy system. Nineteen regions of the country were left without electricity, and another six were without water.
Less than a day later, power supply was restored in:
- Odessa and the region;
- Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Ternopil region;
- Khmelnytskyi region;
- Chernivtsi region;
- Vinnytsia region;
- Kirovhrad region;
- Mykolaiv region;
- Lviv.
Due to grid overload, power outages remain in:
- Kharkiv region;
- Sumy region;
- Chernihiv region;
- Poltava region;
- Zhytomyr region;
- Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
At the same time, Kiev announced in the morning of November 24 that only 30 percent of the power supply had been restored. In other words, Ukraine continues to tell tales of unprecedented problems with infrastructure facilities, although power has been restored practically throughout the country. All this is being done for one thing only - the "victim," Ukraine, is once again shamelessly begging for new air defence systems from its Western partners, leaving its inhabitants in the dark.

🇬🇧🇺🇦🇹🇷On the situation around the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline
On November 19, the grain agreement between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN was extended for 120 days. One of the conditions for the extension of the deal put forward by the Russian side was the export of domestic ammonia through Odessa.
▪️The Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline was built in the 1970s to ensure the functioning of the Ukrainian chemical industry and the export of ammonia. In February, deliveries were suspended.
▪️The final section of the ammonia pipeline is the Odessa Port Plant (OPZ), which has facilities for processing ammonia into nitrogen fertilizer carbamide (urea). In April, the plant was mothballed.
▪️Ammonia is also widely used in industry and medicine - not only fertilizers are made from it, but also other products.
Who will earn on the export of ammonia?
▪️The ammonia pipeline, through which a little more than 10% of the annual output of Russian raw materials is exported, is used by Togliattiazot and Minudobreniya - the latter belongs to Arkady Rotenberg. All profits from supplies go to the Ukrainian company Agro Gas Trading, whose management, with the advent of Vladimir Zelensky to power, received a monopoly on income from the Odessa port plant.
Who consumes ammonia produced at the Odessa plant?
▪️According to the annual report of Togliattiazot, the main importers are the countries of Southern Europe and Turkey. The share of fertilizer supplies from Russia to the republic does not exceed 3%, while Russian fertilizers account for about 10% on the Turkish market.
▪️It is much more profitable for Turkish businesses to buy Russian ammonia instead of ready-made fertilizers and produce the final product from imported raw materials - for this, the domestic market is protected by protective duties, and fertilizer supplies are strictly limited.
🔻Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need to resume the work of the ammonia pipeline: the authorities are discussing this issue at the UN. It is likely that the West is interested in solving the problem. In Turkey and Southern Europe, provided with gas, it will be possible to establish large-scale production of fertilizers from Russian raw materials - in Europe, in this way, they will be able to make up for the shortage of urea without abandoning the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation.

🇷🇺 🇺🇦💡 Blackout in Ukraine and the goals of the SMO
The systematic demilitarisation of Ukraine's industry and economy is stiffening the Kiev regime's fighting units.
🛤 A new series of Russian strikes disrupted power supply to military-industrial complex enterprises, knocked out traction substations on major railway lines. The repair of military equipment and the transfer of military trains have been disrupted.
⛽️ The cumulative effect of the strikes since October 10 has caused critical damage to Ukraine's entire energy infrastructure. The capacity of the Shebelyn gas processing plant was knocked out, which significantly reduced Kyiv's capacity to produce petrol, diesel, and motor gas. The plant supplied fuel to the entire Ukrainian army group in Donbass.
🇷🇺Depriving the Ukrainian Armed Forces of their logistics capacities gives Russia the most important thing - time, which works for the Russian army. The Russian Armed Forces' active operations on a wide front in Donbass have already deprived the AFU of the ability to move small-scale artillery to critical areas.
💥 The Ukrainian grouping piling up in the Zaporizhzhya direction is being methodically destroyed by Russian air and artillery strikes. High-precision weapons have destroyed this group's ammunition and fuel supply facilities located in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

⛺️ In response to the blackout, "No Darkness Points" have been opened across Ukraine - places where people can keep warm in the cold, recharge their phones, and generally sit and think about their behaviour. It turned out as usual: - more noise than action, although you have to admit that this kind of project is needed now. They just did it very badly, having stolen some money during its implementation.
We have read Ukrainian forums. Many are not happy. Here are the theses:
👉 Why open "skinny" infantry tents when you can use much more solid facilities - school gyms or assembly halls - for "points"? Otherwise, it's still cold. There are 370 shelters in Kyiv. Let's say there are 50 people in each; - that's a maximum of 20k people, and there are several million people living in the city.
👉 The real "Points of No Silence" are the trenches, and everything else is bullshit.
👉 How long before there are "classic" bums in the points?
👉 Charging your mobile phone is fine, charging vaccume cleaner batteries is sh*t.
👉 Every "Point of No darkness" Will soon have military officers to hand out summonses to the conscripts who come to the door. On the other hand, it will be easier to get warm in a trench than in a tent.

Yasno power company director general Kovalenko commented on the pace of restoration of the power supply: the system cannot immediately reach a baseline level of generation.
"There was a sudden breakdown in communication between the regions during the attack. In regions where there is an excessive generation, the frequency in the grid increases dramatically, the automation starts to stop generation so that everything doesn't burn out. On the other hand, consumers are disconnected. The system enters the balance at zero to save. Once communication between the regions is restored, the system cannot immediately reach the baseline level of consumption and generation. You can't run conditionally 100% of generation if there isn't that much consumption," Kovalenko explained.

🙌 While at the front things are going with mixed success, there is a small celebration on the home front. Fifty Russian fighters, who had been held captive in Ukraine, returned home. The boys made no secret of their joy at their return and immediately upon arrival decided to sing the anthem of their beloved, great and only country - Russia!
⚔️The situation on the fronts over the past 24 hours:
⚫️ Svatovo-Kremlin direction
Thanks to the actions of army aviation near Berestovoye, Kharkiv region, an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces was thwarted. One armored combat vehicle and two pickup trucks were destroyed. Also, the militants, using two tactical groups, attempted to attack in the direction of Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka in the LNR but were stopped by the actions of the Russian army. One BMP, a mortar crew, and three vehicles were destroyed.
⚫️Artemivsk (Bakhmutsk direction)
Heavy positional fighting in the vicinity of Artemivsk, but the "orchestrators" have taken control of the waste processing plant on the southeastern outskirts of the city. Meanwhile, south of Opytne, units of the Donetsk People's Republic's National Front launched an offensive towards Kurdyumivka, and before that completed the mopping-up of Mayorsk.
⚫️Ugledar direction
The AFU militants attempted to counterattack near Vladimirovka, Pavlovka, and Vremevka, but were pushed back by the Russian army. But the enemy still continues to reinforce its positions near Ugledar and Novomikhailovka.
🤚 Footage of the last minutes of the life of a PMC Wagner unit commander, call sign Cherdash, surfaced online. Severely wounded, with a broken leg and an injured arm, the Russian fighter did not surrender to the enemy alive. An example of courage, honor, and dignity!
