⚡️ (https://t.me/sitrepmaps/262)🇷🇺🇺🇦💡 @Rybar's Analysis - Russian Armed Forces hit Ukraine's Energy System on 15 Nov 2022⚡️
🔎 Rybar's team continues its analysis of the consequences of a systemic fire attack on Ukraine's energy system.
#Kiev said today's raid was the largest such attack since the start of the SMO. According to Ukrainian resources, cruise missiles and kamikaze drones damaged 15 critical infrastructure facilities.
We have repeatedly written that strikes have a cumulative effect, with each successive raid resulting in increasingly grave consequences for the Ukrainian energy system. This is exactly what today's events have demonstrated:
▪️ Strikes on the #Zmiev thermal power plant in #Chuguev district temporarily completely de-energised the entire #Kharkov region.
▪️ Strikes on facilities in #Kiev led to massive overloads in the power grid and tripping of emergency frequency overload automatics, which was perfectly visible in the footage of pulsating power on and off.
▪️ Repeated strikes on the #Zhytomyr 330 substation resulted in power outages in this regional centre and areas around it.
▪️ Voltage surges and temporary power outages were reported in western regions of Ukraine after repeated strikes on the Lvov-South 330 substation in Lvov Region and the #Kovel 330 substation in #Volyn Region.
🔻 For the first time, #Moldova also experienced the consequences of Russian missile strikes: paradoxically, they were the consequence of the policies of the authorities themselves in #Chisinau.
➖ Restrictions of gas supply to #Transnistria led to decrease of generation of the Moldavian state district power station that with its capacity stabilized the situation in the south of #Odessa region and fed the energy deficit of #Moldova.
➖ Due to reduced capacity and increased consumption from Ukraine, exacerbated by a possible impact on the 330 substation in #Artsyz, an automatic protection was triggered at the TPP. The plant switched to self-powered operation, which caused consumers in Moldova and Transnistria to be disconnected.
➖ Also, a section of the 750kV high voltage transit line in #Romania was disconnected, which may indirectly indicate a possible short circuit from the 750kV switchgear of the South Ukraine NPP.
🔻 The lack of objective data from most of the hit locations made it impossible to determine exactly which elements of the energy facilities were targeted in each attack.
However, dense black plumes could be seen in photos and videos from the arrival areas. This indirectly indicates that it is highly likely that the strikes were again directed at power and automatic transformers rather than general control stations (GCPs).
🩸 Their preservation would once again allow Ukrainian power producers to reassemble emergency circuits and eliminate damaged equipment in a relatively short period of time. Yes, it will cause even more severe restrictions, but power supply to consumers will be restored.
The absence of strikes on the General Control Stations reduces the impact on the Ukrainian energy system, although even then its resilience drops with each attack.

⚡️ (https://t.me/sitrepmaps/263)🇷🇺🇺🇦🇵🇱 Whose Rockets collapsed in Poland - @Rybar's Breakdown⚡️
On the evening of November 15, two rockets fell (https://t.me/rybar/41178) near the village of #Przevodov in #Poland's #Lublin District, killing two people. The incident occurred during a massive strike, see here 👉 RF hit UA Energy System (https://t.me/sitreports/875), by the Russian Armed Forces against critical infrastructure in #Ukraine.
▪️ Opinions on the possible ownership of the munitions were immediately divided: one side claimed they were Russian X-101 cruise missiles that had landed in Poland. Others said anti-aircraft missiles from Ukraine's S-300 air defence system had crashed down near #Przevodov.
▪️ The first photos from the arrival site initially did not make the picture any clearer. The size of the crater was clearly not indicative of any particular munition. And the lack of damage could easily be explained by the late triggering of the fuse after the missile had already entered the ground.
🔻 However, an image of a single large fragment later appeared, which completely clarified the situation. The find turned out to be part of a crimped fuel tank connector ring to the tail compartment of the S-300 complex 5B55 anti-aircraft missile.
🔻 Could it be a Russian missile in light of the fact that the Russian Armed Forces sometimes use the S-300 to hit ground targets? Practically excluded: the closest possible launch point is on the territory of #Belarus, 130 km from the place of impact of the munition. And 5B55 with a maximum range of 75 km simply would not have reached #Przevodov.
All of this gives one strong reason to believe that it was the Ukrainian S-300 anti-aircraft missiles, which flew into Polish airspace while repelling a Russian air raid, that crashed on Polish territory.

Ukrainian Energy Grid Infrastructure Update
❗️Military expert names consequences of strikes on critical infrastructure for Ukraine:
As a result of Russian strikes on Ukraine's infrastructure, 30-40% of energy facilities have been put out of operation. Military expert Andrei Koshkin, head of the Political Science and Sociology Department at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, told the Idi i Smotri TG channel.
According to him, the disabled facilities largely determine the entire energy infrastructure.
The expert also noted that the strikes continue and are already striking at more significant points, which determine the redistribution of energy, which provides support to the AFU with everything it needs.
"The continuation of these kinds of strikes will result in the desired success and to a decrease [in the sustainability of the Ukrainian energy grid] as much as it will take to change the overall picture on the line of contact," Koshkin concluded.
— Idi i Smotri TG Channel
PS. I can only add to this that the kinds of strikes required to disable the Ukrainian energy grid (https://t.me/SLGmaps/70) are by an order of magnitude greater than anything the US, for example, would have had to do in Iraq or Serbia.
Soviet planning incorporated a plethora of redundancies, and, in general, Ukraine is significantly oversupplied with electricity generation—think of all the hydroelectric plants along the Dnepr river, from Kiev down to Novaya Kakhovka, think of all the NPPs, think of all the thermal power plants spread across the country, and, yes, even the smattering of silly windmills and solar panels installed at the urging of the West also counts.
At the beginning of 2022, Ukraine had 15 operable nuclear reactors at four nuclear power plants across the country. Even taking the Zaporozhye NPP out of the equation for the moment, the reserve electricity generation capacity is tremendous. This is the reason Ukraine has been a net energy exporter, and an important one at that. When strikes were conducted against Ukrainian targets on November 14-15, 2022, power went out in Moldova.
Add to this largesse of electricity generation the multiple redundancies built into the electrical grid by Soviet engineers. The task is daunting. It has been easy for Ukraine to reroute electricity flows to keep its manufacturing and war machine going (no one on Bankovaya St. cares about the individual consumers).
The fact that 30-40% of the Ukrainian electricity grid has already been impacted is a testament to the effectiveness of the rather sparing Russian missile strikes campaign. The potential wholesale collapse of the grid in Ukraine would have been hard to imagine at the beginning of this conflict. And yet, here we are.

So to me the Polish attack was a false flag that newkraine nUkraine blamed on Russia game, showing further desparation.
A true event narrative spun as false flag.
Maybe they nUkraine should surrender Zelenskies and sue for peace, but Zelenskies will not admit his misdeeds, he will continue to the last false flag.
He is one ugly man.
I disagree w Duran, I think the nUkraine launched those missiles, we all do, but the way it was initially blamed on Russia. The thing was called a provocation in Russian press, even sloppyJoe ©™® BidenHo had to say they are not Ruskies to calm it down to sub nuclear...
I agree tis a provocation, and hard to believe was not the intention, although possible accidental misfired fart .
Poland was so happy to have its folks killed when Russia did it, fancy that.
The Arrogant hypocrisy is stunning...
