❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦🎞 Chronicle of the special military operation: events of December 27, 2022
▪️In the Kupyansky sector, the overall intensity of the fighting has noticeably decreased, the parties are limited to mutual reconnaissance and the exchange of artillery strikes.
At the same time, the Ukrainian command makes up for losses by transferring mercenaries from the "International Legion" to the area.
▪️At the Limansky sector, the assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted an offensive in the direction of Krasnopopovka.
Russian artillerymen delivered a massive blow to the advancing Ukrainian units, forcing the enemy to stop the advance.
▪️To the north of Soledar, the "Wagnerites" are successfully developing the offensive, advancing simultaneously in several directions from Yakovlevka.
Assault groups, supported by artillery, are fighting on the outskirts of Vesele and come close to Razdolovka.
▪️The Ukrainian command attempted to launch a counterattack in the direction of Stryapovka at the junction of the positions of neighboring units.
But the counter strike of the Russian forces forced the enemy not only to retreat, but also to leave several advanced strongholds.
▪️To the south of Bakhmut, fierce fighting continues. In Opytnoye, units of the Wagner PMC occupied several enemy strongholds.
In Kleshcheevka, the RF Armed Forces entrenched themselves on the eastern outskirts. Ukrainian units mine the central streets and shift the defense to the center of the village.
▪️The Ukrainian command is not going to leave the city and continues to draw up reserves near Bakhmut.
In Kramatorsk, tank units from the Kherson direction were recorded. Mechanized units arrive in Chasov Yar from near Kharkov.
▪️Ukrainian formations once again launched artillery strikes on Donetsk and nearby cities.
As a result of the shelling of Yasinovataya, the railway station was damaged, and there were wounded among civilians.

There will be no electricity, no doctors, no cheap gas, no petrol, and much more
Strange things are happening in the EU. The Austrian Wiener Zeitung writes about the Austrian Defence Minister, who is probably the most worried person in Austria. Ms. Claudia Tanner is worried about massive power cuts in the EU. She believes that in the near future, it is inevitable, and if the power outage lasts more than three days, one-third of the EU citizens will not be able to provide themselves with everything they need.
Apocalypse movies seem to be becoming a reality, and who do you think is to blame for all this?
"For Putin, hacking into Western power grids is a means of hybrid warfare. We should not pretend this is just a theory. We must prepare for power cuts in Austria and in Europe," Tanner urged.
What did you think? The Europeans themselves agreed to give up Russian energy resources and to undermine the Nord Streams. No, it was an evil Putin who imposed his will on them, but that is not all; like any normal defense minister he (she) thinks first of all about the budget.
The upshot of all this rhetoric is that by 2025 Austria needs 100 self-sufficient barracks (it is hard to say what they are, but barracks from Warcraft 2 come to mind), security islands should be created, and the defensive capacity of the country should be increased.
Meanwhile, France is drowning in protests, as France 2 reported this week that general practitioners refused to work in protest at too low a tariff. Many patients have criticized the move; going on strike at a time of seasonal illness is not the best option, but the mechanism is already in place, and there is nothing that can be done about it.
But German Die Welt writes about Germany's failure in the energy market. In its attempt to stop using Russian raw materials, Germany is dooming itself to dependence on other suppliers. The contract that was signed between Germany and Qatar does not guarantee any supply of gas from 2026. Firstly, it is necessary to live up to this date; secondly, after the corruption scandal in the EU (and we know that there is no corruption in the US and EU, there are scandals but no corruption) and Brussels' attempt to ban lobbying for this Middle Eastern country, Qatar has openly threatened Europe to tear up the concluded agreement.
Today Putin signed a decree on countermeasures to the oil price ceiling; the document bans the supply of oil and oil products from Russia to countries that prescribe a price ceiling in their contracts. A number of analysts are already predicting a shortage of oil in the EU and a rise in the price of black oil, which we are already seeing on global markets.
The decree will come into force on 1 February 2023; I think we will see our Western partners buying up everything they cannot find before that date.
On the other hand, the EU has green energy: firewood, furniture, books of all kinds!
2023 isn't here yet, and it's already very interesting!

The Washington Post has released an interesting article about captured Russian equipment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In short:
>The Ukrainian army is experiencing big problems with putting a number of trophies into service: many samples (BMP-3 are mentioned in the article) have no Ukrainian analogues, are unknown to Ukrainian repairmen and, in fact, cannot be repaired;
>A centralized collection and restoration of equipment is organized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, technical intelligence units specially engaged in the search for trophies: but some samples remain in the units that took them, and in the event of a breakdown they become dead weight - the exchange of spare parts between units is not organized;
>Most of the Russian equipment taken in the Kharkiv region was not combat-ready: only 20% were able to put into operation immediately, 30% required field repairs, and the second half required factory restoration;
> Captured vehicles (in particular, tanks) are used as donors for the modernization of Ukrainian models: the article notes that the average age of a Ukrainian tank is 30 years, while most Russian tanks are no older than five;
>With NATO equipment, the situation is even worse: it needs to be sent to Poland even for field repairs due to the inability of Ukrainian workshops to serve Western models;
>The work of the repair shops is greatly hindered by strikes on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine - the generators are not able to compensate for the outages
A good source of information about the enemy was given by an American newspaper. Another would be the number of equipment and the coordinates of the workshops ...

🇺🇸🇺🇦 "Samaritan's Bag" in Ukraine
Part 1 - Who are they?
The military conflict in Ukraine has become a "golden Klondike" not only for representatives of military-industrial corporations that receive billions in profits from the sale of weapons, but also for humanitarian organizations firmly established on Ukrainian territory.
A significant part of them is engaged in the supply of material assistance to various regions of the country - usually in the rear. However, some provide communication and supply facilities directly on the front line, pursuing not only humanitarian goals.
Rybar's team wants to talk about the activities of the international evangelistic non-profit organization Samaritan's Purse (Samaritan's Bag).
🔻What are the Samaritans?
Based in the USA, the NPO provides material assistance to the population of states affected by wars, armed conflicts and socio-economic crises in more than 25 countries of the world.
As a rule, there are representatives of Samaritan's Bag where there is complete devastation and a sharpened humanitarian crisis, largely related to the activities of the American military contingent - for example, in Iraq, Syria, some African states and countries of Southeast Asia.
Samaritan's Bag is led by Franklin Graham (son of former TV presenter Billy Graham). In the West, the head of Samaritan's Purse has been regularly criticized for his conservative views on traditional family relations and his active fight against LGBT movements, as well as his visit to Russia in 2019.
The NPO itself enjoys significant support from the US Republican Party, and Graham was a member until 2015. Many well-known influential senators regularly donate money to the activities of the "Samaritans" in the world.
For about 40 years, the father of the current head of "Samaritan's Bag" was provided with a "tribune" for performances on major US television channels. Billy Graham himself, as part of allegedly Christian sermons, called for people to become parishioners of his organization and put donations on an industrial stream.
The apple fell not far from the tree: Franklin Graham is a worthy successor to his father's work. And it is not surprising that all this is with full state support from the United States.
🔻However, Samaritan's Bag has a very controversial reputation in the world. Why?
▪️In any territories where there are representatives of the organization, there is an active propaganda in favor of the pseudo-church. Members of NPOs instill their own faith and beliefs at any opportunity.
Any humanitarian aid, any Christmas gift - everything is accompanied by a religious brochure, a message to the addressee of a charitable gift. This happened even in Muslim countries - for example, Iraq.
▪️“Samaritans”, helping those in need, systematically recruit people into their ranks, taking advantage of the special susceptibility to suggestion of affected and morally depressed people. Gradually promoting intolerance towards other religions, they expose their pseudo-faith as the only true one.
▪️Particular emphasis is placed on attracting children and adolescents to religion in crisis areas of the world. The leadership of Samaritan's Purse organizes humanitarian camps and settlements for refugees, providing them with everything they need and looking for potential candidates among the victims.
🔻The conflict in Ukraine fits well into the overall concept of the organization:
➖this is an opportunity to involve a huge number of people with unstable mentality into their ranks: we are talking about both undercover recruitment and joining a sect;
➖ almost everything can be "written off" in combat;
➖in the public field, it is also an opportunity to correct an ambiguous reputation, allegedly helping Ukraine;
➖huge financial injections will further promote the "Samaritan" movement in the world.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 "Samaritan's Bag" in Ukraine
Part 2 - Transportation of military cargo under the guise of a humanitarian organization
🔺Part 1🔺
Franklin Graham's organization entered Ukraine almost immediately. Help camps for Ukrainian refugees were organized in Polish cities bordering Ukraine and Moldova.
And already in early March, the members of the "Bags" settled in Lviv in the King Cross Leopolis shopping and entertainment complex. An operational headquarters, a hospital and a cargo reception point were equipped in the underground parking lot.
🔻What did the organization officially do in Ukraine?
Due to martial law and difficulties in deliveries to the line of contact, the main task of the "Samaritan's Bag" was to provide assistance to Ukrainian citizens in front-line cities and towns.
NPO members conduct various first aid courses, supply clothes, food and water to ordinary citizens, and provide medical institutions and organizations with the necessary equipment.
How is the process organized?
In Ukraine, Samaritan's Purse is headquartered in Lvov. From there, interaction was established with the headquarters in Polish Rzeszow and with the main office in the American Buna in the state of North Carolina.
The NPO has its own air fleet, consisting mainly of DC-8 transport aircraft, which transports cargo from the US to Poland.
Already from Rzeszow, by land transport, the “Samaritans” transport everything to Ukraine, to Lvov, from where the goods are subsequently distributed in directions through Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk to front-line settlements.
🔻 But what's wrong?
The official functions performed by Samaritan's Purse are not limited to humanitarian tasks.
The spring strikes of the Russian Armed Forces on various railway junctions and columns of military equipment demonstrated the need to diversify supplies to ensure secrecy and security in transportation.
Humanitarian organizations use civilian transport and can freely and unnoticed by the general population move across the territory to front-line cities and towns. Samaritan's Purse has distribution centers all over the front lines.
The first shipments of Switchblade kamikaze drones were organized in cooperation with private contractors such as Save Our Allies or GSMSG.
🔻Now deliveries through NGOs are on stream. Subsequently, the experience of the "Samaritans" in the use of a relatively civilian structure began to be used by Ukrainian NGOs and private contractors, as well as the logistics company Nova Pochta.
Yes, and involvement in the "Samaritan's Bag" is a convenient screen for covering up military activities. For example, English-speaking mercenaries of the "International Defense Legion of Ukraine" pretend to be "Samaritans", moving freely throughout the country.
🔻 "Ukrainian experience" affected both the change in the methods of conducting traditional military operations and the change in approaches to logistics.
Samaritan's Bag and other civilian structures began to play a much more significant role than before. And these are not just centers of logistics, but also recruitment points and connecting threads of intelligence networks.
Stealth, efficiency, diversification and the absence of bureaucratic fuss made it possible to reduce the time for delivering the necessary cargo to the front line, practically leveling the effectiveness of high-precision weapons due to the abundance of vehicles involved and different directions.
For Samaritan's Purse and similar NGOs, this is an opportunity to work as many people as possible, dragging them into their networks, increase their status and reputation, and also a way to make money on "helping the population."
