⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine
▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.
💥High-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces near Andreyevka, Kherson Region, have hit command and control post of 3rd Battalion of 46th Airmobile Brigade, as well as the brigade's temporary deployment point near Lozovoye. More than 20 nationalists have been killed and up to 30 wounded.
💥As a result of concentrated fire strike on positions of 72nd Motorized Infantry Brigade near Artemovsk in Donetsk People's Republic, more than 50 nationalists as well as 6 units of military equipment have been destroyed.
⚠️ Allied Forces uncovered direct violations of the Geneva Convention by the Kiev regime and its Western handlers after the nationalists retreated from their positions near Artemovsk.
▫️On August 14, Russian servicemen found more than 50 French-made EMP F2 anti-tank mines at positions abandoned by units of 72nd Mechanized Brigade of AFU south of Artemovsk in Donetsk people's republic.
ℹ️ These mines, after being placed and armed, cannot be removed or defused. Their use is in direct violation of the requirements of the Second Protocol "On Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby Traps and Other Devices", part of the Geneva Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Non-Violent Weapons, adopted in New York on October 10, 1980.
💥Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery strikes continue against military facilities in Ukraine.
▫️7 command posts, including those of 14th Mechanized Brigade near Soledar in Donetsk People's Republic, as well as 182 areas of manpower, weapons, military and special equipment concentration have been hit.
▫️1 air defence radar station near Bashtanka, Nikolayev Region, 1ammunition depot near Zaitsevo, Donetsk People's Republic, and 1 fuel depot near Andreyevka, Kharkov Region have been destroyed.
💥In course of counter-battery warfare, 2 platoons of Grad multiple-launch rocket systems have been hit near Vladimirovka, Donetsk People's Republic, and Verkhnopol'ye, Kharkov Region.
▫️ 3 artillery platoons of Giatsint-B mounts and 5 platoons of D-30 howitzers at firing positions near Novomikhailovka, Zvanovka, Seversk, Artemovsk, Bakhmutskoye, Yakovlevka in Donetsk People's Republic, Poltava and Novoandreyevka in Zaporozhye Region.
💥Russian air defence means have destroyed 2 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Topolevka, Lugansk People's Republic, and Charivnoye, Kherson Region.
▫️In addition, 3 shells of multiple-launch rocket systems have been shot down in the air near Novognatovka, Donetsk People's Republic, and Kamenka and Doroshenkovo, Kharkov Region.
📊In total, 267 Ukrainian airplanes and 148 helicopters, 1,743 unmanned aerial vehicles, 365 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4,328 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 799 multiple launch rocket systems, 3,307 field artillery and mortars, as well as 4,902 units of special military vehicles were destroyed during the operation.

⚡️On August 19, the Kiev regime is preparing another provocation at Zaporozhye NPP during the visit of UN Secretary-General António Guterres to Ukraine, as a result of which the Russian Federation will be blamed for creating a man-made disaster at the power plant.
▫️In order to prepare for the provocation, the command of Dnepro operational-tactical group is deploying radiation observation posts near Zaporozhye by August 19. Also, the command is organizing training exercises for units of 108th Territorial Defence Brigade, 44th Artillery Brigade and military units deployed in Zaporozhye on measures to be taken in conditions of radioactive contamination of the area.
▫️Besides, units of 704th NBCP Regiment of AFU are to complete concentration in Zaporozhye area by August 19 and be ready for fixation of the accident at Zaporizhzhia NPP as well as for carrying out a set of measures for demonstration of supposedly liquidation of its consequences.
▫️Units of 44th Artillery Brigade of AFU are planning to launch artillery strikes on the territory of Zaporizhzhia NPP from firing positions located in Nikopol' on August 19. The Russian Armed Forces will be blamed for their consequences.
▫️Ukrainian leadership has repeatedly spread rumours that Russian troops have occupied the nuclear power plant and are shelling AFU with long-range artillery systems while shielding themselves with NPP.
❗️We would like to point out that the Russian troops have no heavy weapons either on the territory of the plant or in the surrounding areas. Only security units are stationed there.
▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are taking all necessary measures to ensure the security of Zaporizhzhia NPP.

1: #Avdeevka:
North of Avdeevka and industrial zone - no significant changes, positional fighting.
To the south of Avdeevka, the Russian and DPR armies increase pressure towards Vodyanoye, which is still under AFU control. The enemy is still holding at Pervomaisk and Nevelskoye, although it has lost a number of positions during the offensive of our troops, which are gradually moving towards the above-mentioned settlements. It is still too early to talk about a real semi-surrounding of Avdeevka. The Orlovka-Avdeevka route is still actively used to supply the Avdeevka grouping.
2. #Artemovsk:
Fighting on the Zaitsevo-Kodema line. The enemy is still held in these settlements, but is gradually being pushed back near Kodema.
On the outskirts of Artemovsk from the Pokrovskoye side - no significant changes.
The Artemovsk-Soledar highway is still under the control of the enemy.
3. #Soledar:
Street fighting in the Western part of Soledar. Fighting on the outskirts of Yakovlevka, Belogorovka and Bakhmutskoye.
Reports of the complete capture of Yakovlevka and Bakhmutskoye are ahead of events.
4. #Seversk:
Positional fighting near Serebryanka, Verkhnekamensky and Ivano-Daryevka. The enemy controls Seversk and the Seversk-Soldar road.
5. #Slavyansk:
The main activity is in the area of Bogorodichnoye, where our troops have slightly advanced, and in the area of Mazanovka ruins, which was occupied by the AFU last week.
As the Russian Defense Ministry notes, in the Mazanovka area the enemy suffered serious losses in manpower as a result of rocket attacks on combat groups of the 92nd Brigade.
6. #Kharkov:
Our troops continue to press the enemy northwest of Kharkov from the area of the recently liberated villages of Odnorobovka and Udy.
There's pressure in the vicinity of Pitomnik, Dementyevka and Cherkasskiye Tishek. Regular arrivals in Kharkov and Chuguev continue.
At night a large location of foreign mercenaries was hit (on a tip from locals - a new Nazi hunt for Kharkov anti-fascists following the example of Nikolaev).
The enemy moved up to 3 BTGs near Kharkov to reinforce defences.
7. #Maryinka:
There is some progress in the village, but it is too early to talk about a radical break in Maryinka. The enemy is not yet showing any desire to retreat.
Fighting for Novomikhailovka (it is too early to speak about its liberation). Fighting a few kilometres from Ugledar.
Reports of the full capture of Pavlovka are still ahead of events.
Fighting at Egorovka, Shevchenkovo plus further westwards in the area of Velyka Novoselovka, but positional tendencies prevail there.
8. #Nikolaev:
Our troops probe the enemy defenses near Blagodatnoye and Aleksandrovka.
The enemy conducts no "offensive on #Kherson".
