⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in #Lyman Direction at 10:00 on 28 Sep 2022⚡️
The AFU is trying to cut off the #Lyman group's supply routes.
In the Outskirts of #Lyman:
▪️ AFU units attempted to attack #Lyman from the east from the direction of #Dibrova with a company supported by armoured vehicles. After losing 3 BMPs, 2 pickup trucks and a significant amount of personnel, the enemies retreated to their initial positions.
▪️ Daily unsuccessful attacks on positions of Russian Forces by small groups from the direction of #Ozernoye and #Shchukovo continue.
▪️ About a company of the enemy, supported by armoured vehicles, is fighting on the south-western outskirts of #Yampol from the direction of #Dibrova.
North of #Lyman:
▪️ AFU units are advancing on the bridgehead near #Redkodub, the small village of #Katerinovka is occupied.
▪️ In an effort to gain a foothold on the Svatovo-Makeevka-Terny-Lyman road, which supplies the #Lyman grouping of the Russian Forces, Ukrainian formations attacked the small village of #Kolodezi from three directions. The Russian soldiers managed to repulse the attack.
▪️ North of #Kolodezi, the enemy mobile groups reached the western bank of the #Zherebets River.
▪️ Units of the AFU continue to expand the bridgehead near the #Oskol River, advance towards the village of #Borovoye, occupied the village of Peski-Radkovsky. Enemy mobile groups are operating near the southern outskirts of #Podlyman.
West of #Lyman:
▪️ Ukrainian Forces are conducting an offensive on #Shandrigolovo from two directions. From the north, Ukrainian formations have managed to occupy the village of #Sredneye and consolidate the outskirts. From the west, the enemy is advancing from the village of #Novoselovka, which has been reduced to rubble.
▪️ The village of #Drobyshevo is also subject to daily and so far unsuccessful enemy attacks.
▪️ To compensate for the high losses in personnel the AFU command is moving reserves from the #Bogorodichnoye side into the combat zone for a decisive assault on #Drobyshevo - #Shandrigolovo.
East of #Lyman:
▪️ From a bridgehead on the northern bank of the Seversky Donets, Ukrainian Forces are shelling the #Svatovo-#Kremennaya highway.

⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine (September 28, 2022)
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
💥 Massive fire attack launched at the provisional bases of 14th and 92nd mechanised brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Dvurechnaya, Kondrashovka and Petrovka (Kharkov region) has resulted in the elimination of over 150 servicemen and 12 units of armoured equipment.
💥 High-precision attack launched by Russian Aerospace Forces near Kharkov has resulted in the neutralisation of the manufacturing workshops at an armoured vehicle plant that storaged over 90 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles for the AFU.
◽️ Unsuccessful offensive of Ukrainian group of forces launched towards Krasny Liman has resulted in causing casualties of over 70 servicemen, 4 tanks, 6 infantry combat vehicles and 3 armoured vehicles from 66th and 93rd mechanised brigades of the AFU.
💥 Attacks launched by Russian Aerospace Forces have resulted in the neutralisation of the provisional bases of Chayka tactical group from 36th Marines' Brigade of the AFU in Khortitsa island, as well as of 56th Mechanised Infantry Brigade of the AFU near Zaporozhye.
◽️ Over 100 servicemen and 20 units of military equipment have been eliminated.
💥 High-precision attack launched at the vehicle reparation point located at EnergoMekhKomplekt plant has resulted in the destruction of 10 field artillery guns, including 2 U.S.-manufactured M-777 howitzers, 4 launching ramps of Olkha multiple-launch rocket systems and 15 motor vehicles.
💥 Massive fire attack has resulted in the neutralisation of the provisional bases of 28th Mechanised and 59th Mechanised Infantry brigades of the AFU, as well as of a unit of foreign mercenaries.
◽️ Over 90 servicemen and militants, as well as 18 units of military equipment have been eliminated.
💥 Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised 5 AFU command posts near Peremoga (Kharkov region), Slavyansk, Bogdanovka (Donetsk People's Republic), Novonikolayevka, Gulyaypole (Zaporozhye region), as well as of 75 artillery units, 167 manpower and military equipment concentration areas.
◽️ 4 missile, artillery armament and munitions depots have been destroyed near Kupyansk (Kharkov region), Kramatorsk (Donetsk People's Republic), Kolomiytsevo (Dnepropetrovsk region) and Prilimanskoye (Odessa region).
◽️ 1 radar of Ukrainian S-300 air defence system has been destroyed near Vesyoloye (Nikolayev region).
💥 Fighter aviation of Russian Aerospace Forces has shot down 1 Su-24 airplane of Ukrainian Air Force near Gusarovka (Kharkov region).
💥 Russian air defence facilities have shot down 5 unmanned aerial vehicles near Belogorovka, Gorlovka, Maryinka (Donetsk People's Republic), Pavlovka (Zaporozhye region) and Yevgenovka (Nikolayev region).
◽️ 2 Tochka-U ballistic missiles have been intercepted near Kazachya Lopan (Kharkov region) and Bolshiye Kopani (Kherson region).
◽️ Moreover, 7 projectiles launched by HIMARS and Olkha multiple-launch rocket systems have been destroyed in air near Donetsk, Bryanka (Lugansk People's Republic), Novaya Kakhovka and Vesyoloye (Kherson region).
📊 In total, 305 airplanes and 155 helicopters, 2,099 unmanned aerial vehicles, 377 air defence missile systems, 5,143 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 851 combat vehicles equipped with MLRS, 3,433 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 5,963 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed during the special military operation.

▪️ AFU units launched a counteroffensive on the #Lyman 1 - #Tavolzhanka line, trying to gain a foothold in the outskirts of the populated areas.
▪️ To reinforce the advancing group, additional forces of the 14th Brigade were moved across a pontoon crossing at #Dvurechnaya. Crews of M777 howitzers are stationed in the settlement. Various types of drones are used for artillery targeting.
In addition, a team of man-portable air defence systems has been moved to #Dvurechnoye to provide protection against air strikes. A pair of Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopters was spotted over #Dvurechnoye and the #Oskol river.
▪️ Assault units of the 14th Brigade were unable to break through the defence lines of the Russian Forces near #Tavolzhanka. The enemy retreated to the wooded areas west of the settlement to regroup.
▪️ In the vicinity of #Lyman 1st and #Sinkovka, at least four assault detachments of the 92nd Brigade tried to take #Sinkovka by swoop. The attack was repulsed. The AFU retreated to their initial positions.
One of the groups of the 92nd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was partially blocked during the fighting near the #Kulagovka railway station southwest of #Sinkovka. The command of the 14th Brigade sent reinforcements to this line.
▪️ Intense fighting continues in #Kupyansk. Ukrainian Forces occupied a section of the city's industrial zone, Kupyansk-Uzlovaya station and #Kovsharovka. Attempts to break through to #Kucherovka and #Petropavlovka continue.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Battle for #Kherson: Situation in the #Andreevka Section at 16:00 on 28 Sep 2022⚡️
▪️ Units of the 57th Army Infantry Battalion suffered heavy losses in Russian Air Force bombing raids and were withdrawn to recover in #Vladimirovka and #Novochakov in the #Nikolaev region.
▪️ They were replaced by the 99th, 100th and 101st Battalions of the 61st Brigade, which took up positions in #Belogorka, #Lozovoye, #Blagodatovka and Malaya Seydemenukha. The soldiers of the 28th Division arrived in #Ternovka. Assault guns of the 46th Brigade and five pieces of equipment were moved to #Belogorka.
▪️ Seven BMPs and a tank arrived in #Ternovka to reinforce the 3rd Battalion of the 28th AFU Brigade. And an M777 howitzer and several groups of "roving" mortars were sent to #Andreevka to shell Russian Forces' positions in #Bezymennoye and #Kostromka.
Brigade engineers and fighters of the 24th Brigade Combat Team are building fortifications in case of an emergency withdrawal from the positions near #Andreevka.
▪️ Russian artillery and aviation struck the newly arrived AFU units, as well as the newly restored crossing near Bolshoe Artakovo. As a result, the sappers of the 61st Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were forced to hastily abandon their positions and withdraw from the fire.
