🔻After the liberation of the villages of Sacco and Vanzetti, the assault detachments of the PMC "Wagner" intensified their pressure on the nearby Nikolaevka in the Soledarsky sector. Fighting also goes north of two villages.
▪️In the area of Krasnaya Gora and Paraskoviyivka, despite the transfer of reinforcements, the Armed Forces of Ukraine could not hold back the offensive. Ukrainian formations suffer losses. The forces of the 5th border detachment, which arrived from the Chernihiv region, were withdrawn from Krasnaya Gora: more than 70% of the number of 5th border detachment were killed.
🔻In Bakhmut, the Wagnerites expanded their control zone near the Siniat plant, started fighting in residential areas near high-rise buildings on Vatutin and Nekrasov streets, and also advanced along Dobrolyubov street.
▪️The Ukrainian command is transferring reinforcements to reinforce the Bakhmut garrison. At night, the arrival of the forces of the 30th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was noted to replace the battalion from Poltava, which was practically destroyed in the battles for Bakhmut.
▪️At the same time, the members of the Ukrainian formations themselves are preparing reserve defense lines in the west of Bakhmut. Tactical level commanders require the rotation of personnel to rest and restore the combat capability of units.
🔻Southwest of Bakhmut, Russian troops are located less than two kilometers from the Chasov Yar-Bakhmut highway. Assault squads advanced in the forest.
▪️A partial withdrawal of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began from Krasnoe. At the same time, to contain the pace of the offensive, the 214th separate battalion "Opfor" of the ground forces of Ukraine was transferred to Stupochki and Chasov Yar. In addition, forces from Zolochev in the Kharkiv region are expected to arrive at the site.
🔻Members of Ukrainian formations spread information that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have time to prepare the main line of defense of Slavyansk-Kramatorsk-Konstantinovka-Toretsk due to the pace of the offensive. Over the past day, control has been lost over three company and seven platoon strongholds, as well as over 14 firing positions.
▪️In Chasov Yar, a new tactical group "Karpaty" was formed, whose task is to defend the city. Despite this, the threat of Bakhmut's operational encirclement is growing, which is also mentioned by members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in radio communications.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on February 1
▪️The AFU attempted to strike the Novozybkov oil pumping station in the Bryansk region with a Tochka-U missile.
Power lines and the pumping unit operator's building were damaged, there were no casualties among the personnel.
▪️In the Lyman area, Ukrainian units launched a series of counterattacks in the direction of Chervonopopivka and Dibrova.
The Russian motor rifle units, supported by heavy armored vehicles, are actively defending and holding their forward positions.
▪️In the Soledar sector, the Wagner PMC assault squads have liberated the village of Sakko i Vantsetti.
The main battles have shifted to the outskirts of Mykolaivka. Russian units stormed the heights on the approaches to the settlement.
▪️In Bakhmut, Wagner PMC units improved their positions in the area of the Champagne factory and meat processing plant, expanding the zone under their control.
In the southeast, fighting is underway on Garshyna Street, the Russian forces took control of the first buildings of the block of houses in Vatutina Lane.
▪️Street fighting continues in Mar’inka. Russian troops are trying to dislodge combined units of the enemy from the western part of the city.
The availability of supply routes enables the AFU to redeploy reinforcements in spite of high casualties.
▪️In the suburbs of Vuhledar, the frontline has stabilized, the sides are fighting positional battles.
In anticipation of a new offensive, the AFU is transferring reserves from other areas, making up for heavy losses in personnel.
▪️In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the overall intensity of fighting has decreased noticeably. Both sides are pulling in reinforcements and conducting mutual reconnaissance.
Nevertheless, active exchanges of strikes with the use of barrel and rocket artillery continue along the entire front line.

❗️The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are fleeing from Artemivsk, their heels are already sparkling
As early as January 30, Russian troops were confronted by 12 large gangs of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: 1st brigade, 24th, 53rd, 60th and 28th brigade, 71st brigade, 40th abr, 57th brigade, 111 -I, 119th, 125th and 127th br TerO.
Over the past two days, the 24th and 53rd MBRs (withdrawn for recovery), the 71st Airborne Brigade (near Kremennaya), as well as battalions / bands of mercenaries and the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have been withdrawn / retreated from Artemovsk with losses.
The transfer of the 3rd Azov brigade from near Kleshcheevka to the north of Artemovsk was also noted, which will probably cover the withdrawal of the unfinished 57th battalion.
At the same time, it is worth noting that the 24th MBR and the 111th TerO Brigade have been withdrawn to the west of Slavyansk-Kramatorsk, where defensive positions are being erected based on urban development. As you can see, cities are not being prepared for defense, but for destruction.
Thus, Artemovsk is being prepared for surrender, trying to stay on the Novomarkovko-Kalinovka-Chasov Yar line. At the same time, the fiercest fighting will begin on the Seversk-Soledar line and in the direction of Kramatorsk.

There are no significant changes in the Zaporozhye direction. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, waiting for the resumption of the offensive of the RF Armed Forces in the Orekhovsky and Pologovsky sectors, are strengthening their positions.
🔻In the Orekhovsky sector, separate units of the 15th battalion of the 128th Guards Rifle Brigade were deployed to the front lines from Stepovoe to Novodanilovka after resupplying. According to members of the 128th brigade, American-made equipment was supplied to the unit.
▪️Additional ATGM crews have been deployed to the Belogorye-Lugovskoye line, where the forces of the 108th brigade of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding the defense, and mortars and ammunition for them have been delivered in Gulyaipole and Chervonoe.
▪️At the same time, in some formations, such as, for example, in the 9th special forces regiment "Gepard" of the National Guard of Ukraine, personnel are being rotated, and some have been sent on vacation.
▪️Also, in the vicinity of Shevchenko, several units of the 93rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived, which were understaffed in the Dnipropetrovsk region. 93 ombr can be sent both to reinforce the grouping in the Zaporozhye region, and in the Ugledarsky area.
