New rules for military registration in Ukraine:

🔸The following are registered: conscripts from 16 years old (in the year of reaching the age of 17) to 27 years old; conscripts and reservists who have not reached the age limit for staying in reserve; women who have a medical or pharmaceutical specialty. As well as on their own volition, women with a profession or occupation related to the relevant military work, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Defence;

🔸Military conscripts may be hired only upon registration. State bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions, and organizations should monitor these processes among their employees and provide information to the relevant authorities.

🔸When military recruits reach the age limit for being on the register (60 years), they must report to the relevant recruitment center within seven days and deregister from the military register.

🔸 Diplomatic agencies will keep military records of Ukrainians abroad, and they will also facilitate the return of conscripts to Ukraine during mobilization. If a Ukrainian is abroad for up to three months, there is no need to register for military service abroad.

🔸Ministries and other central executive authorities must bring their regulations in line with this decree within six months of its entry into force of this decree.

By evening, the consequences of today's rocket attack has begun to clear up.
