Ukraine's male population is being prepared for complete disposal.
Ukrainian sources have published a video in which one of the former participants in the so-called ATO in Donbas stated that 90 percent of Ukraine's male population would actively participate in hostilities, and they should be ready for this.
This statement indicates a concerning attitude of "war to the last Ukrainian."
Additionally, in a recent interview with the Brazilian TV channel Globu, Zelensky mentioned that Putin would not be able to fight Ukraine for another 10 years, but Ukraine could.
On April 12th, I wrote (https://t.me/barantchik/9340) that the Anglo-Saxons have planned the Ukrainian conflict for 10 years, aiming to impose a scenario similar to the second Afghanistan: 10 years of war in Afghanistan (or Ukraine) followed by the collapse of the USSR (Russia) in a couple of years.
However, it is essential to understand that these are entirely different wars. The USSR's involvement with a limited military contingent in Afghanistan was not existential for the existence of our country. However, the current conflict in Ukraine is existential, as it puts at stake the survival of Russia as a state and its people.
Consequently, this confrontation with the Global West will necessitate the mobilization of all our forces. With a strong mobilization effort, we can pursue geopolitical expansion, regain our sphere of vital interests, and possibly even consider territorial invasions in ancestral Western territories.

Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on August 2
▪️The AFU have launched a missile strike on the Gvardeyskoye airfield on the Crimean peninsula.
As a result of the incident, a missile of an unidentified type landed near the base without causing any damage.
▪️Russian troops have launched a series of UAV strikes with Geran-2 drones on military facilities in Kyiv Region.
During the attack, the building of the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine in Kyiv was hit.
▪️In the Odessa region, the strikes targeted the port infrastructure in the city of Izmail, which is regularly used for military supplies.
The attack hit an oil storage facility, warehouses and a building of the Danube Shipping Company.
▪️In the Kup’yans’k sector, Russian troops continue to conduct a positional offensive.
At the moment, the fighting is taking place southwest of Lyman 1, where the AFU launched a number of unsuccessful counterattacks on Russian positions.
▪️Near Bakhmut, the enemy suspended the assault on Klishchiivka and shifted the vector of attacks to the south.
The AFU are concentrating their efforts on capturing Andriivka and Kurdyumivka and have managed to enter the suburbs and take positions near the local cemetery.
▪️The AFU are not stopping their daily shelling of frontline areas in Donbas.
Donetsk, Yasynuvata and Horlivka came under enemy fire. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were damaged and seven people were wounded.
▪️In the Vremivka sector, Russian assault groups are holding the southern outskirts of Staromaiors'ke, preventing the enemy from gaining a foothold in the settlement.
At the same time, the intelligence agency noted the regrouping of Ukrainian forces and preparations for an attack on Urozhaine.

▫️The AFU continued unsuccessful attempts at offensive actions in South Donetsk, Kupyansk, Krasny Liman and Donetsk directions.
▫️In Donetsk direction, units of the Yug Group of Forces successfully repelled 8 enemy attacks close to Belogorovka, Berestovoye, Kleshcheevka, Krasnogorovka, and Maryinka DPR.
▫️After repelling the attacks, Russian troops counterattacked the retreating enemy units and improved the situation on the front line near Berestovoye, Krasnogorovka, and Maryinka DPR.
▫️The enemy losses were up to 380 servicemen, 1 tank, 5 AFVs, 4 motor vehicles, 2 Krab self-propelled artillery systems, as well as 1 Rapira anti-tank gun.
▫️In South Donetsk direction, as a result of actions by the Vostok Group of Forces, AFU manpower and hardware have been hit close to Ugledar, Prechistovka, Makarovka, and Staromayorskoye DPR.
▫️As a result of actions of Russian troops, 1 enemy attack has been successfully repelled near Urozhaynoye DPR.
▫️The enemy losses were up to 175 servicemen, 1 tank, 2 AFVs, 2 motor vehicles, 2 U.S.-manufactured M777 artillery systems, and 1 D-30 howitzer.
▫️In Zaporozhye direction, as a result of actions by Russian troops, the enemy units have been hit close to Orekhov, Malaya Tokmachka, Novodanilovka and Pyatikhatki (Zaporozhye).
▫️The enemy losses were up to 45 servicemen, 2 tanks, 2 motor vehicles, 1 Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system, and 1 D-20 howitzer.
▫️In Kupyansk direction, the assault groups of the Zapad Group of Forces conducted offensive operations on a broad front and took more advantageous positions near Olshana, Pershotravnyovoye (Kharkov) and Kuzyomovka LPR.
▫️1 attack by units of the AFU 25th Airborne Brigade has been successfully repelled close to Novosyolovskoye LPR.
▫️As a result of actions by aviation and artillery, enemy manpower and hardware concentration areas have been hit near Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, and Kotlyarovka (Kharkov) and Stelmakhovka LPR.
▫️The enemy losses were up to 150 servicemen, 2 AFVs, 3 motor vehicles, 1 Polish-manufactured Krab self-propelled artillery system and 1 D-30 howitzers.
▫️In Krasny Liman direction, as a result of actions by the Tsentr Group of Forces, Army Aviation and artillery, 2 enemy attacks have been successfully repelled near Novovodyanoye and Chervonaya Dibrova LPR. During the fighting, the enemy lost up to 30 servicemen, 1 IFV, and 1 AFV.
▫️Russian troops launched a comprehensive fire attack on AFU units near Grigorovka, Torskoye DPR, and Makeevka LPR.
▫️The enemy losses were up to 110 servicemen, 3 AFVs, 2 motor vehicles, and 1 Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system.
▫️In Kherson direction, the enemy losses were up to 30 servicemen, 5 motor vehicles, and 1 Msta-B howitzer.
▫️Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 97 artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and military hardware in 106 areas.
▫️1 Buk surface-to-air missile system has been destroyed near Memrik DPR.
▫️Air defence facilities have intercepted 11 HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system projectiles and 2 HARM anti-radar missiles.

🔻Early in the morning, enemy infantry groups under the cover of two forest belts north of Rabotino tried to rush through the minefields, where they were met by marines of the 810 Marine Brigade of the RF Armed Forces . As a result of the ensuing skirmish, the Ukrainian formations retreated.
Otherwise, the situation along the contact line has slightly stabilized. This is due to really large losses in manpower. One of the units of the 47th brigade of the 9th AK of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was withdrawn to Novgorod-Volynsky for restoration.
🔻At the same time, the transfer of reinforcements to the forward positions continues. Columns of military equipment were noted near Orekhovo , Malaya Tokmachka , Belogorye and Krasnaya Krinitsa .
Also, closer to the front line in Tavriyskoye and Zheleznyanskoye, self-propelled and howitzer divisions of 116 and 117 mechanized brigades of 10 AK were pulled together. The movement of artillery to the LBS indicates an imminent intensification of hostilities.

The situation is tense; intensive fighting continues. The AFU has become noticeably more active in this area, trying to break through the defence of the Russian Armed Forces and enter the city [Artyomovsk, -ed.], which has a symbolic meaning for Kiev.
Ignoring its losses, the enemy continues to throw new troops to storm the flanks [of the city]. The 200th Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade of the [Russian] Northern Fleet demonstrated high skill in repelling the enemy's incursion on the northern flank, which was attempted by the units of the 21st motorized infantry battalion of the 56th motorized infantry brigade and the 2nd assault battalion of the 67th mechanized brigade (all units of the AFU).
In this sector, our units retain control over the dam near the Zheleznodorozhnoye and Blagodatnoye settlements. The line of contact here runs along the forest plantation, although Ukrainian OSINT resources were quick to refer to it as within the AFU zone of control.
In the area of Dubovo-Vasilievka, [Ukrainian] assault operations in the direction of Minkovka, Berkhovka and Bogdanovka are being conducted by the units of the 127th territorial defence brigade, the 30th mechanized brigade, the 21st mechanized infantry brigade, and the 57th mechanized brigade. [The Russian Army's] control of the dominant heights in the area (Dubovo-Vasilievka is at an average height of 120-150 metres above sea level), allows us to hold our flank positions. The enemy is in no hurry to break through the RF Armed Forces' defences at Berkhovka, fearing coming under fire, similar to the Ukrainian assaults on Pyatikhatki in Zaporozhye and Staromayorskoye in the DPR.
Kleshcheyevka, for which active fighting has continued for the past two weeks, is currently in the grey zone. Under pressure from the enemy, advancing with the forces of the 24th "Aidar" assault battalion, the 5th assault brigade, the 22nd mechanized brigade, the 80th airborne assault brigade, and the 3rd "Azov" assault brigade, the units of the Russian Armed Forces were forced to withdraw to the railway, but the enemy is not risking to enter the village for fear of falling into the zone of fire control maintained by our artillery.
At the same time, after the withdrawal from Andreevka to the railway, there is a threat of a strike on Kurdyumovka, which the enemy can inflict from the north. In our previous reports, we expected the Ukrainians to attempt to break through in the area of the dam across the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal, which is under our fire control.
