Currently, of the 14 units delivered, 12 remain, and no future deliveries are expected. There are already jokes on the Internet calling the remaining tanks “Zeloushen’s twelve friends.”
The sad fate of these multi-ton “gifts” had a demoralizing effect on the Americans, who began to delay deliveries of their M1A1 Abrams. The assault on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces continues south of Orekhov . After weeks of “meat” attacks, the enemy was able to advance between Rabotino and Verbov , and is now trying to make a hole in the defense to reach Novoprokopovka .
🔻But huge losses make themselves felt. For the first time in a long time, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine brought into battle 1 detachment of the 71st Jaeger Brigade - five assault groups with lightly armored equipment and weapons were deployed to the Chubenkov gully .
And units of the 71st ebr, together with the 82nd airborne brigade, have already taken part in the assault on strongholds of the Russian Armed Forces near Verbovoy, where the attack was repulsed. And the 71st brigade itself suffered its first losses.
🔻Also, the formations of the 65th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine returned to the front line and were re-equipped. And 209 people from the special forces detachment of the Special Forces of Ukraine were transferred to their subordination to storm the heights south of Rabotino.
