In terms of combat. Analyzing recent photos and videos, I counted 11 combat Su-25s, including aircraft handed over by the Macedonians (50 and 51 blue).

The Ukr-AF had a reserve of 60-67 aircraft in storage (not operational)

The ARZ in Zaporozhye, which is capable of overhauling the Su-25, continues to function to a degree. The quantity may increase.

The Ukrainian has plenty of pilots for this fairly simple type of aircraft.

Theoretically, there is an opportunity to receive new aircraft from Georgia and Bulgaria. 7 and 17 aircraft respectively.

Plus or minus 2-3 on the black market in Africa.

I suspect that work has been intensified with Iraq, which has 20-30 Su-25s and is under US control.

There's an outside chance that Uzbek and Kazakh Su-25s will be sought as well
