In Ukraine, they gave the go-ahead for the mobilization of students who have registered for an academic degree

According to local media, the Ministry of Education and Science sent a letter of clarification to all heads of universities. It states that such students are not covered by Art. 23 of the law on mobilization since during the period of academic leave they do not study.

To replenish the dwindling ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military commissars continue to catch men simply on the streets.
