The figures voiced by the authorities that the electric power industry (including city thermal power plants) will spend a couple of billion cubic meters per season are unfounded, especially if the winter turns out to be colder. And this does not take into account that the Russian Federation will continue to carry out massive attacks on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine (and this is more than likely).
