▪️ The negotiation track increasingly resembles a theater of surrealism: the EU🇪🇺 yesterday rolled out an even more unacceptable “peace plan” for Moscow, which prompts a reminder to European leaders that it is the AFU that are retreating on the front, not the Russian Army. Overnight, the White House announced that the US and Ukraine agreed on an updated peace plan draft, with the caveat that “any future agreement must fully respect Ukraine’s sovereignty.”
▪️ Around 10 explosions were reported overnight in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, according to media. Preliminary reports indicate air defense repelled an attack by Ukrainian drones. The Krasnodar region sounded sirens due to enemy drones. During the day, a total of 40 drones were destroyed over the Black Sea, Crimea, and Belgorod region.
▪️ Russian Armed Forces launched a massive drone strike on Kharkov. Explosions were heard in Izmail, Odessa region, the Ukrainian-occupied Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk in the DPR, and Chernihov region.
▪️ In the Bryansk region, a targeted artillery strike by the AFU hit the village of Belaya Berezka in the Trubchevsky district. A civilian was injured, and a fire broke out in one residential building.
▪️ On the Sumy front, the “North” group reports fierce battles; our forces are trying to advance deeper into Sumy region. The enemy launched a counterattack towards Alekseevka, with up to half of the enemy assault infantry destroyed by a combined strike. In the Andreevka area, our forces are pounding AFU with “Sunburns” and aviation. Artillery is striking the enemy near Pavlovka on the Tetkinsky and Glushkovsky sectors.
▪️ In the Belgorod region, in the village of Murom, a Ukrainian drone attacked a moving vehicle; a woman suffered barotrauma and multiple blind shrapnel wounds to the head. Under attack are Belyanka, Bezlyudovka, Grafovka, Otradnoye, Maysky, Grayvoron, Dorogoshch, Grushevka, Dolgoye, and Zozuli.
▪️ On the Kharkov front, the “North” group is advancing in the private sector of Volchansk. Near Synelnikovo, our forces are advancing in the forests; the enemy is bringing reinforcements. Near Melovoe-Khatne, our aviation and strike drones “Geran-2” are pounding enemy positions.
▪️ On the Krasnoliman front, Russian Armed Forces are advancing into towns, developing success near the settlement of Yampol. Progress is being made towards Dibrova; the enemy’s counterattacks are unsuccessful. North of Krasny Liman, the Russian Army continues its offensive near Yarovaya, Drobyshevo, and Stavki. Reports indicate raid actions towards the Seversky Donets River.
▪️ Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) is encircled. The ring has closed; AFU logistics is now not just disrupted by drones but physically controlled on the ground. The fall of the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration is now a matter of time. Russian Armed Forces continue their advance westward; battles are ongoing near Hrishino.
▪️ In Dnepropetrovsk region, the “East” group liberated the settlements of Tykhoe and Otradnoye. Troops are moving towards the settlement of Pokrovske, an important logistics and defense hub for Ukrainian Armed Forces. Southward, in Zaporozhye region, reports indicate our advanced assault groups have entered Huliaipole, which AFU had been preparing to defend since the 2023 “counteroffensive.”
▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, on the Orekhov direction, our troops broke into Novodanilovka. Fighting is ongoing; it is too early to speak of a definite success. The attack logically continues the plan to advance through Mala Tokmachka towards Orekhov Heavy fighting is underway in Prymorsk and Stepnohorsk.

📝Approaches to Siversk — Rybar’s Analysis📝
The Russian army is storming Siversk. Just a few months ago, this seemed like a very distant prospect. Now, forward groups are already in the built-up area, and drone operators are cutting the enemy’s communications.
🔻How did the operation progress?
▪️In October, Russian troops continued to tighten the grip around Siversk. On the northern flank, battles were concentrated along the Siversky Donets riverbed, while in the south, assault units pushed the enemy back near Zvanivka.
▪️By October 4, units of the 85th Motorized Rifle Brigade freed Fedorivka and raised state flags over the village. Two days later, adjacent units cleared Kuzmynivka, expanding the control zone near the approaches to Zvanivka.
▪️Simultaneously, fighters of the 123rd Mechanized Rifle Brigade drove the AFU out of an important defensive node in Vyemka. This allowed them to subsequently clear a large “pocket” between the village and neighboring Pereizne, and then directly approach Siversk.
▪️Somewhat later, assault units of the 88th Mechanized Rifle Brigade entered Zvanivka, engaging in battles for the village that continued until the second half of November.
▪️On the northern flank, Russian troops freed Rudnyk and Dronivka by October 25, creating another stable bridgehead on the left bank of the Siversky Donets. Then came a breakthrough to Platonivka.
▪️All this time, preparations were underway for battles for Siversk itself. By mid-November, assault units had not only advanced almost to the center but also began setting up ambushes on the city’s outskirts.
📌The Russian Armed Forces’ offensive continues to develop, not only within the city limits. There have already been reports of successes on previously static flanks, and therefore the countdown for Siversk has begun. However, there’s no need to rush — the history of this direction is full of tragic episodes.

Servicemen of the 506th Guards Motorised Rifle Regiment (27th Guards Motorised Rifle Division, Tsentr Group of Forces) spoke about how a group of Ukrainian militants attempting to escape from the encircled Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People’s Republic was eliminated.
🔹 Three AFU servicemen, conscious of being encircled and abandoned by the command, decided to leave positions and attempted to escape from Krasnoarmeysk. On the way out, they hid in one of the houses near the railway station, but were detected by servicemen of the Tsentr Group of Forces.
💬 The commander of the motorised rifle company, Azat Akhmedov, gave details about the battle:
‘The supply groups with food, water, and energy moved to the front line. Accordingly, there was contact on the way. One of our fighters with the call sign ‘Malysh’ was wounded. We didn’t hesitate, we took [the enemy’s position] into the ring, neutralised two of them, and the third one decided to surrender.
The surgeon inspected. ‘Malysh’ refused to be hospitalised, and continues to perform tasks. The guys are great!
If a person surrenders, no one tortures him. Prisoners are taken according to all the rules and taken to the rear areas.
💬 Tsentr Group’s serviceman Daniil Kiselev added that the number of enemy units was not known in advance. However, thanks to good training, our servicemen didn’t hesitate, encircled the house, and pushed the AFU militants out:
‘It’s not the first month or first year here. We already know how to work. The instructors prepare us at the training ground very well’.

🏳️ ‘You can’t get through from Krasnoarmeysk. You’d better give up and stay alive’.
The captured Ukrainian serviceman Nikolai Babchuk, along with his comrades, left the positions and made an unfortunate attempt to escape from encircled Krasnoarmeysk.
🔹 Two of Nikolai’s comrades, offering resistance to the Tsentr Group’s units, were neutralised. As for Babchuk, he laid down his weapon and surrendered.
💬 He spoke about the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Krasnoarmeysk:
I was at the position for a month and a half. Supplies were dropped once a week. There were galettes and water. So we’re running around the fields and looking for it, like mushrooms.
One week, two, three, four. I was sick of it. When we asked for a help, a rotation or a withdrawal, we only received refusals.
That’s why we unauthorised left the deployment area’.

▪️ The enemy has lost more than 135 troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, 17 motor vehicles, two field artillery guns, including one U.S.-made 155-mm Paladin self-propelled artillery system, and two ammunition and materiel depots.
📍 The Zapad Group of Forces improved the tactical situation. They inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of four mechanised brigades of the AFU, a territorial defence brigade, and a national guard brigade have been hit near Kucherovka, Glushkovka, Kurylovka, Boguslavka, Nechvolodovka, Novy Mir, Podoly (Kharkov region), Krasny Liman, Dibrova, and Drobyshevo (Donetsk People’s Republic).
▪️ The AFU losses amounted to up to 230 troops, two armoured personnel carriers, including one U.S.-made M113 armoured personnel carrier, five armoured fighting vehicles, including three U.S.-made HMMWV armoured vehicles, 28 motor vehicles, two self-propelled artillery systems, one Romanian-made APR-40 MLRS launcher, and nine electronic warfare stations have been neutralised. Five ammunition depots were eliminated.
📍 The Yug Group of Forces took more advantageous lines and positions. Russian troops hit formations of three mechanised brigades, an airmobile brigade of the AFU, and a territorial defence brigades near Krivaya Luka, Nikolayevka, Stepanovka, Kramatorsk, Vasyukovka, Ivanopolye, and Seversk (Donetsk People’s Republic).
▪️ The enemy lost more than 235 troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, 19 motor vehicles, and one artillery gun. Three depots of materiel and fuel were destroyed.
📍 The Tsentr Group of Forces’ units improved the situation along the front line. In addition, strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of a mechanised brigade, an airmobile brigade, two air assault brigades, a jaeger brigade, a special operations brigade, two assault regiments of the AFU and a marine brigade have been hit close to Artyomovka, Toretskoye, Dobropolye, Sergeyevka, Belitskoye, Rodinskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic), Novopavlovka, and Ivanovka (Dnepropetrovsk region).
➡️ In Krasnoarmeysk (Donetsk People’s Republic), assault groups of the 2nd Army have completely liberated the Gornyak and Shakhtersky microdistricts, and continue to mop up Rovnoye (Donetsk People’s Republic).
➡️ Russian troops repelled eight attacks of the 82nd and the 95th air assault brigades and the 425th Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Grishino (Donetsk People’s Republic) launched to unblock an encircled group of the AFU.
▪️ Up to 35 troops and one U.S.-made M113 armoured personnel carrier have been neutralised.
➡️ In Dimitrov (Donetsk People’s Republic), assault detachments of the 51st Army continue to push the enemy out of the Vostochny and Zapadny microdistricts, and southern part of the city. More than 148 buildings have been liberated.
▪️ Over the past 24 hours in Krasnoarmeysk direction, up to 250 troops, two armoured personnel carriers, one pickup truck, and two field artillery guns have been engaged.
▪️ In total, more than 425 troops, six armoured fighting vehicles, including one U.S.-made HMMWV armoured vehicle, 10 motor vehicles, and one U.S.-made M777 howitzer, have been neutralised in the Tsentr Group’s area of responsibility.

💥 The Dnepr Group’s units inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of a mechanised brigade, a coastal defence brigade of the AFU, and the territorial defence brigade near Novoandreyevka, Stepovoye, Stepnogorsk (Zaporozhye region), and Pridneprovskoye (Kherson region).
▪️ More than 70 troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, 21 motor vehicles, one field artillery gun, seven electronic warfare stations, and six ammunition, materiel, and fuel depots have been neutralised.
✈️ Operational-Tactical Aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted damage on Ukrainian energy, transport and port infrastructure, which are used in the interests of the AFU, ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 152 areas.

💬 The section commander with the call sign ‘Ivolga’ noted that a fog helped the fighters to enter the enemy’s positions:
‘We were lucky to have suitable weather, there was a fog. This made it possible for us to quickly reach the settlement, break into, catch the enemy off guard, mop up it and move along the track’.
He also said that they located a group of Ukrainian militants in the basement of a house. The enemy refused to surrender. As a result, their position was eliminated with grenades.

💪 Despite counter-attacks and enemy’s deeply echeloned defence system with antitank ditches and firing points, the servicemen of the 114th Guards Motorised Rifle Regiment (5th Guards Combined Arms Army) acted decisively and cohesively. Assault groups broke through the line of fortifications and took under full control the settlement of Zatishye in Zaporozhye region.
▪️ The enemy suffered significant losses: more than 20 armoured and motor vehicles and a large number of manpower were neutralised.
❗️ The liberation of Zatishye has strengthened the position of the Vostok Group of Forces and became an important step towards further progress in this direction.
