This is bad. The destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Plant by AFU today means:
The left side of Kherson will be flooded soon, including several villages.
Crimea will have water supply cut off.
Kakhovka reservoir was the key to the irrigation system in the south of Ukraine. That's why the USSR built the Cascade of Dnipro dams in the first place.
No water = no agriculture. You can figure out the rest. This might impact millions (!) of people. This is just madness.
