🎮 Training centre of 25th Combined Arms Army (Zapad Group of Forces) continues comprehensive training programme for drone pilots
📄 The training of UAV pilots includes a multi-stage process that begins with the learning of basic skills on computer simulators. The virtual environment enables future pilots to safely develop the basic skills of drone piloting, navigation, and simple manoeuvres with no risk to the equipment.
⏩ Then, the drone pilots train at special sites. There, pilots gain practical experience in drone piloting. They train taking-off, landing, more complex manoeuvres under different weather conditions. This phase allows to train coordination, feel the drone, and prepare for tasks at the line of contact.

👮♂️ The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
💥 As a result of the active actions, the Sever Group of Forces damaged two mechanised brigades, an air assault brigade, an assault regiment of the AFU, and two territorial defence brigades near Khatnoye (Kharkov region), Bessalovka, Ryzhevka, Alekseyevka, Sadki, Yunakovka, and Atinskoye in Sumy region.
▪️ The AFU losses amounted to up to 140 troops, an armoured combat vehicle, six vehicles, and five field artillery. A fuel and an ammunition depots have been destroyed.
📍 Units of the Zapad Group of Forces improved the tactical situation. Russian troops hit three mechanised brigades, an airmobile brigade, an assault brigade of the AFU, and a territorial defence brigade near Podliman, Druzhelyubovka, Glushenkovo, Andreyevka, Kupyansk (Kharkov region), and Karpovka (Donetsk People's Republic).
▪️ The AFU lost more than 225 troops, a tank, a U.S. M113 armoured personnel carrier, 13 vehicles, and two Western-made artillery guns. Russian troops eliminated two EW stations and four ammunition depots.
🔥 Units of the Yug Group of Forces took more advantageous lines and positions. Losses were inflicted on manpower and hardware of two mechanised brigades and a motorised infantry brigade of the AFU near Seversk, Novodmitrovka, Semenovka, Ivanopolye, Zarya, Chasov Yar, and Konstantinovka (Donetsk People's Republic).
▪️ The enemy lost up to 265 troops, a tank, an armoured combat vehicle, four pickup trucks, a field artillery gun, and three EW stations.

🚩 The Tsentr Group of Forces has liberated Aleksandropol in Donetsk People's Republic.
💥 Russian troops hit four mechanised brigades, a jaeger brigade, an assault brigade of the AFU, a marine brigade, and a national guard brigade close to Shevchenko-Pervoye, Popov Yar, Novoekonomicheskoye, Dimitrov, and Krasnoarmeysk (Donetsk People's Republic).
▪️ The enemy losses amounted to more than 490 troops, a tank, two armoured combat vehicles including a Turkish-made Kirpi armoured vehicle, 14 vehicles, an artillery gun, and an ammunition depot.
📍 Units of the Vostok Group of Forces continued advancing into the depth of enemy defence. Russian formations hit manpower and hardware of three mechanised brigades of the AFU and a territorial defence brigade close to Bogatyr, Otradnoye, Zelenoye Pole, and Komar (Donetsk People's Republic).
▪️The AFU lost more than 160 troops, three armoured fighting vehicles, six vehicles, two field artillery pieces, and two EW stations.
🔥 The Dnepr Group of Forces engaged the units of a mechanised brigade, two coastal defence brigades of the AFU, and three territorial defence brigades close to Kamenskoye, Malaya Tokmachka (Zaporozhye region), Osokorovka, Berislav, Ponyatovka, and Antonovka (Kherson region).
▪️ Up to 65 soldiers, an armoured combat vehicle, three vehicles, two artillery guns, and two EW stations were destroyed.
✈️ Operational-Tactical Aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, and Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces struck ammunition and fuel depots, UAV concentration areas, infrastructure of a military airfield as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 143 areas.
🎯 Air defence systems shot down three JDAM guided bombs, a U.S.-made HIMARS MLRS projectile, and 80 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

According to Aleksei Kovalenko, AFU COs ordered his unit to take a position and just observe. Nonetheless, the servicemen realised they were deceived.
'The told us that were were to take positions in the Donetsk region. Like our drone found nothing over there. We said we wouldn’t go there as we weren't storming soldiers. They told us to remain there for two-three days. We arrived there and were attacked.'
