Ukrainian authorities demand that the West replace Soviet-made aircraft
Kiev wants to receive 150 combat aircraft from the West to replace Soviet-made equipment. This was stated by the representative of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Yuriy Ignat.
“In general, it has already been announced how many Western-type aircraft Ukraine needs. We are talking about 150 aircraft, plus training ones - this is the final result when we will completely replace the fleet of Soviet equipment,” Ignat said on the Rada TV channel.
He also noted that the American F-16 fighter is the main combat aircraft that should be provided to Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukraine began to increasingly insistently demand from the West that they begin supplying American F-16 fighters. The reason is the superiority of the Russian Su-35 over Ukrainian aircraft.

Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (11 December 2023)
Part I
▫️ In Kupyansk direction (https://t.me/mod_russia/33421), units of the Zapad Group of Forces supported by helicopters and artillery repelled four attacks of assault groups of AFU 14th, 21st mechanised, 57th mechanised infantry brigades close to Petropavlovka, Sinkovka, Terny (Kharkov region).
The Zapad Group of Forces inflicted fire damage on clusters of AFU manpower and hardware close to Berestovoye, Ivanovka (Kharkov region), Novoegorovka (Lugansk People's Republic). The enemy lost up to 30 servicemen and two motor vehicles.
▫️ In Krasny Liman direction (https://t.me/mod_russia/33422), units of the Tsentr Group of Forces supported repelled one attack launched by the AFU 63rd Mechanised Brigade near Chervonaya Dibrova (Donetsk People's Republic).
In addition, air strikes and artillery fire struck the personnel and hardware of the 67th Mechanised Brigade close to Serebryansky forestry. Up to 175 servicemen, one tank, one infantry fighting vehicle, and two motor vehicles have been neutralised.
▫️ In Donetsk direction (https://t.me/mod_russia/33423), units of the Yug Group of Forces supported by aviation and artillery repelled 18 enemy attacks and inflicted fire damage on AFU manpower and hardware near Kleshcheyevka, Kurdyumovka, and Georgiyevka (Donetsk People's Republic).
The enemy losses amounted to up to 200 servicemen killed and wounded, two armoured fighting vehicles, and two D-30 howitzers.
▫️ In South Donetsk direction (https://t.me/mod_russia/33424), units of the Vostok Group of Forces, helicopters, and artillery inflicted fire damage on manpower and hardware of AFU 58th mechanised infantry and 79th air assault brigades near Novomikhailovka and Ugledar (Donetsk People's Republic).
The AFU losses amounted to up to 80 servicemen and three motor vehicles. In the course of the counter-battery warfare, one Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery system and one U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 counterbattery warfare radar were eliminated.

Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, and Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces have engaged two ammunition depots close to Chernobayevka (Kherson region), as well as manpower and hardware in 107 areas during the day.
24 unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted by Russian air defence units close to Svatovo, Lisichansk (Lugansk People's Republic), Shevchenko (Donetsk People's Republic), Nesteryanka, Rovnoye (Zaporozhye region), Alyoshki, Korsunka (Kherson region).

Europe has agreed on the use of proceeds from frozen Russian assets. This was stated by EC official representative Eric Mamer, as quoted by Interfax.
The proposal of the commission and the high representative of the European Commission, Josep Borrell, to immobilize income from the assets of the Central Bank of Russia is planned to be approved on Tuesday, December 12. The countries of the association intend to direct income taxes on frozen Russian funds to help Ukraine. Currently, most of the blocked 200 billion euros are held by the Belgian depository Euroclear.
Earlier, Belgian authorities announced plans to create a fund of 1.7 billion euros through taxation of income from Russian assets. In Ukraine, there is talk of using these proceeds as collateral to raise much larger sums from private investors, which would allow money to be borrowed from the capital markets without having to risk their own reserves.

Artemovsk - the enemy has big problems
Judging by the incoming preliminary information, two days of serious work by our artillerymen and the perseverance of the infantry are bearing fruit.
Ours are attacking (and advancing) along the heights in the area of Ivanovsky, Bogdanovka, Grigorovka and Minkovka. (Settlements are not stormed, but simply intensively treated with fire).
At the same time, just to the south, fire preparations are underway for the assault on “Ostrov” (the main supporter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces west of Kleshcheevka). And taking into account the activity of our paratroopers from the 106th north of Soledar, the total offensive front today reaches almost 40 km (along the front).
The attacks are coming on a very wide front. By the way, a sharp drop in the activity of enemy artillery was noted, which leads to a loss of stability of the enemy infantry. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are surrendering into captivity on oporniks, not one by one, but in some places by dozens.
