In the West they changed their shoes and began to say that the Ukrainian counter-offensive “could not have been successful from the start”
This was announced by former CIA Director David Petraeus. According to him, Western countries are to blame for Zelensky’s failure because they did not provide Kiev with the necessary aviation.
“Our own doctrine requires air superiority. Not just parity, but superiority. What is more worrying at the moment is the possibility that Russia could one evening overwhelm the Ukrainian air defense system and cause the kind of damage to Ukrainian infrastructure that it has been aiming for from the very beginning,” the CIA officer noted.
Most likely, with the help of such rhetoric, Biden’s supporters are trying to excuse themselves from responsibility for the failure of Zelensky and Zaluzhny, so that the West will resume arms supplies for a new counter-offensive.
However, as practice has shown, neither the Abrams, nor the Leopards, nor other NATO prodigies helped the Ukrainian Armed Forces much. And help in the form of the F-16, which in Kiev is passed off as another wonderful weapon, will not help the AFU either.

On Captured Missiles and Their Value?
So Ukraine claims to have shot down a Kinzhal warhead, it's undamaged. So no chance of shoot down and if it's a warhead then it's a dud. The question of it being a Kinzhal warhead or not does not interest me, as the warhead is no different than any warhead out there.
In 2018, Russia acquired two intact Tomahawk missiles in Syria. (China picked up several in the 00's). So Popular Mechanics noted:
Any missile fired at an enemy is, by definition, considered expendable and designed to not reveal too many secrets if it malfunctions and lands intact. But there are some pieces of hardware within a modern missile that a clever enemy could exploit.
In this war I've seen Russia acquire completely intact Storm Shadow and GMLRS missiles. Duds? EW victims? Who knows? So community of Sky Marshalls and Cyber Generals is PM correct or was this a cope back in the day? Russia has gained all of NATO's best missiles fully intact, game changer or PM was right?
