Pskov paratroopers and motorized rifles of the Russian Armed Forces broke through the 1st line of defense of the Ukronazis on the Rabotino-Verbovoye section.
Mechanized groups of the 70th and 291st regiments of the 42nd division and the 76th airborne infantry division attacked the enemy at the junctions of the strong points of the 118th mechanized brigade, the 82nd airborne battalion and the Spartan brigade of the VSUK.
The successful advance of our platoons and companies on BMP-3 and BMD-4M and the dismounting of the landing force was carried out after powerful artillery preparation of several batteries of Msta-B and Giatsint-B howitzers against key enemy fortifications, as well as in parallel with counter-battery support from MLRS "Tornado-G" and "Uragan" of the 42nd motorized rifle division.

What makes this interesting is that the article only appeared in Ukrainian media, where the information is being actively circulated. It was then spread to Reddit and the social network X. However, there has been no official confirmation yet, and major Western agencies are not rushing to publish the news. There is no mention of this in Danish media at all.
📌 This can be understood: such an action by the Danish government would leave the Danish Armed Forces without a crucial element of their armed forces for an extended period. The army would struggle to conduct full training without artillery, especially during the key NATO exercises like Steadfast Defender.
It seems unlikely that the Danish authorities have become so zealous in their anti-Russian stance that they are willing to severely diminish Denmark's defense capability. Nevertheless, setting logic aside, this move could provide significant assistance to Ukrainian forces.
The Danes possess a substantial number of modern 155-mm systems, traditional field artillery guns, and dozens of self-propelled mortars, including those mounted on the Piranha armored personnel carrier.
However, there is a crucial aspect in this whole situation: while artillery can be transferred, what about the ammunition for them? What the West has been able to provide without compromising themselves may have already been depleted. Supplying a significant number of guns without shells could be akin to a suitcase without a handle in conditions of scarcity.

Against the backdrop of the fall of Avdeevka, NATO will now have to realize a new reality, and in particular its inability to give the Ukrainians as much equipment and weapons as required by the scale of hostilities.
If we talk about tanks, without taking into account American reserves, which Washington is in no hurry to share, Europe will not be able to ship more than 100-120 vehicles this year. Europe will be able to transfer no more 152/155 mm artillery systems, taking into account how many of them have already been transferred. The main problem of the EU is the defense-industrial complex, which has not yet begun to develop in earnest, and which they are still trying to stimulate mainly with promises. How many guns (and which ones!) the United States will transfer is also not clear yet - Washington still hasn’t decided on funding for Ukrainians in principle.
Against this background, the talk about a million shells becomes just a bad joke. In general, this figure can be achieved through the combined efforts of the EU and the United States, but at the cost of refusing to replenish their own reserves and export supplies to other countries, which is unlikely. Therefore, most likely there will be significantly fewer shells than promised. Especially considering the reluctance of other major manufacturers of artillery systems and ammunition to get involved with the Ukrainian topic.
There will be more drones, given that the enemy’s electronics industry and related industries in the form of optics, precision mechanics, etc. are on the move, but drones, with all their capabilities, will not be able to replace artillery. How NATO is going to get out of this situation remains to be seen.

The author of this article (https://www.theamericanconservative.com/the-ukraine-war-runs-on-lies/) in The American Conservative, James Carden, is a former Obama administration official. Hats off to him!
That the tide of the war in Ukraine has turned in Russia’s favor is now too obvious to ignore—unless, that is, you are a high ranking Biden administration official, in which case 2024 will likely lead to some sunlit upland of victory and prosperity for Ukraine.
Nuland and O’Brien’s statements are the Beltway equivalent of happy bedtime stories the establishment tells itself in order to keep the wolves of reality, conscience, and failure from the door. They are highly improbable accounts of the current situation on the ground where, according to former Ukrainian prosecutor general Yuriy Lutsenko, Ukraine has suffered 500,000 dead in its war with Russia, losing “30,000 people a month in the war as killed and seriously wounded.”
If we are being lied to about the progress of the war—and we are—what do you suppose are the odds we are also being lied to about the causes of the war?
The war, we are serenely and repeatedly informed, was neither caused by NATO expansion nor by Ukraine’s post-Maidan ethno-nationalist agenda, nor by its refusal to implement the Minsk Accords, nor by Zelensky’s threat, made in Munich in February 2022, to acquire nuclear weapons—but by Putin’s revanchism.

Germany supplied Ukraine with vehicles unsuitable for combat at inflated prices - BILD investigation
At the end of May, the German government announced the delivery to Ukraine of 66 APC armored personnel carriers, which are produced by the German concern FFG. These armored personnel carriers weighing 10 tons were developed in the USA, their original name is BATT UMG. They are produced in different countries of the world under an American license. Deliveries began in October; in total, the Ukrainian Armed Forces received 48 vehicles. According to BILD, they turned out to be completely unsuitable for the front lines in Ukraine and generally for use in combat conditions. They have thin plating and do not have mine or fragmentation armor against artillery, rocket and mortar fire.
