Kyiv plans to increase the range of the Neptune cruise missile to 1000 km

Members of the National Defense Strategy Commission of the US Congress Jane Harman, Mara Rudman and Roger Zakheim, who visited Ukraine, said that Kyiv will “tenfold” the number of Neptune missiles it produces in 2024.

In addition, “next year Neptune will increase its range to 1,000 kilometers, opening the way for targets deep into Russia.” The Ukrainian Armed Forces intend to use these missiles to strike ships of the Black Sea Fleet, as well as ground targets.

▪️ Three conclusions from this news.

First: Ukrainian missile industry facilities, as well as their personnel, should be on the list of priority targets for Russian strikes.

Second: it is necessary to demolish the energy infrastructure of Ukraine in order to complicate the work of its military industry as much as possible.

Third: with such ranges of Ukrainian missiles, the dimensions of the sanitary zone should extend along all the external borders of present-day Ukraine.
