It seems that whenever Secretary Blinken opens his mouth, he talks about the Rules-Based International Order (RBIO), advocating for its universal adherence.

On the surface, RBIO appears commendable – indeed, who wouldn't appreciate a standardized set of rules for all nations to follow? It sounds equitable and sensible.

But what exactly are these rules? Who wrote them? Who agreed to them, and when?

Upon close examination, it becomes apparent that no document titled 'Rules of International Order' exists, and no nation has formally endorsed such a document.

Delving deeper, RBIO reveals itself as a fluid amalgamation of international treaties, charters, and agreements in the interpretation of liberal Western governments, most notably the United States.

Any dissent from this interpretation is viewed by the United States and the broader "collective West" as opposition to RBIO, potentially leading to hostile repercussions under the pretense of righteousness.

And this is what RBIO really is - another hypocritical American tool for writing their own rules and changing them at will.

▪️ Russian troops have completely taken control of the settlement of #Bogdanovka in the DPR, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) said;

▪️ Russian troops destroyed a Ukrainian MiG-29 at the Dnepr Airfield, MoD reported. In addition, the launcher of a S-300PS complex was destroyed;

▪️ According to MoD, the AFU lost up to 1,000 militants in all directions over the day;

▪️ An antiship missile attack on a ship in #Sevastopol was repulsed, a small fire from falling fragments was promptly eliminated, the governor said;

▪️ Russian air defence systems destroyed two Ukrainian drones over the #Bryansk region at night, MoD said;

▪️ The #US House of Representatives on Saturday overwhelmingly passed four bills to provide additional aid to #US allies, including almost $61 billion for #Ukraine;

▪️ Zakharova, commenting on the allocation of American aid to Kiev, said that Washington’s actions as the actual party to the conflict will receive an unconditional and decisive rebuff;

▪️ The #US are considering sending additional military advisers to their embassy in #Kiev, Pentagon spokesman Ryder said.

🇷🇺 The RFAF further advanced towards #Paraskoviyevka. the next village close to the nearly taken #Novomikhaylovka in #Maryinka sector of #Ugledar direction, see Map 2.

🛡 Currently disputed Locations, captured or not:

🔵 #Semyonovka and #Berdychi, in #Avdeyevka direction. On Map 1, I marked the maybe still disputed parts. #Semyonovka orange, #Berdychi green.

🔵#Novomikhaylovka, on Map 2, I marked the still disputed part with a green arrow. This corresponds with the Bandera Map 3, see also 👉 21 May Report (https://t.me/sitreports/26381).
