The AFU losses amounted to up to 105 Ukrainian troops, seven motor vehicles, two U.S.-made 155-mm M777 howitzers, one 152-mm 2A36 Giatsint-B howitzer, and one 122-mm BM-21 Grad MLRS combat vehicle.

▫️Operational-Tactical Aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces have engaged AFU manpower and hardware clusters in 95 areas during the day.

Air Defence units shot down 45 unmanned aerial vehicles, two U.S.-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles, eight French-made SCALP-EG cruise missiles, five French-made Hammer guided aerial bombs, four U.S.-made HARM anti-radiation missiles, and eight U.S.-made HIMARS and Olkha MLRS projectiles.

📊 In total, 601 airplanes and 274 helicopters, 24,464 unmanned aerial vehicles, 523 air defence missile systems, 16,114 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,306 combat vehicles equipped with MLRS, 9,717 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 21,872 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.

Footage from Pletenyevka village liberated in middle of May by servicemen of Sever Group of Forces

From the outskirts of this village, Ukrainian nationalists have repeatedly shelled Belgorod, Shebeikino, and other settlements of the Belgorod region. Virtually every residential building in Pletenyevka has been equipped with firing points.

At the moment, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to destroy the village itself, continuing to shell the houses by tube artillery.

Two Majors #Report for the Morning of 21 May 2024; pub. 06:57📍

🔹In the #Kharkov direction, the RFAF have advanced from 100 to 350 m deep in #Volchansk. The buildings of the aggregate plant were taken under control, and the battle is taking place in the centre of the town. In the #Liptsy section, our assault units improved the situation, repulsed the enemy counterattack and advanced from 300 to 450 m. The enemy claimed that only during the day by the evening of 20 May the Russian Aerospace Forces hit #Liptsy with 20 FABs with UMPC. There is heavy fighting, the enemy is bringing in reserves.

🔹In the #Seversk sector, the successful actions of the Russian Army in #Belogorovka (#LPR) to take the enemy strongholds became a reason for a hasty report on the capture of #Belogorovka, which is still too early to talk about (⭐️Note: RF MoD claimed again the capture, as for #Rabotino and...).

🔹In #ChasovYar direction, on the southern flank, the zone of control in the forest area of the reserve has been extended. In the eastern microdistrict of the town our troops are advancing along Zelenaya Street.

🔹In the #SouthDonetsk direction, our troops have occupied the eastern part of #Paraskoviyevka (west of #Novomikhaylovka) over the last days. Fighting continues in #Krasnogorovka.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the enemy recognises the advance of our forces southeast of #Rabotino in an area up to 3.5 km wide by up to 1 km deep. West of #Verbovoye the RFAF also have success in advancing.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, our arriving paratrooper units are operating in difficult conditions on islands in the floodplain of the #Dnieper River. The RFAF have intensified their actions near the destroyed #Krynki. The frozen front may "come to life" in the short term.

💥The #Belgorod region continues to suffer from shelling. During the day reported strikes on #Tavolzhanka, #Arkhangelskoye, #Rzhevka and #Shebekino, #Bezymeno Grayvoro urban district, #Grafovka Krasnoyaruzsky district.

💥In the #Kursk region, the AFU hit #Gornal and #Guyevo, the Oleshnya Farm in the Sudzhansky district, the villages of #Gordeyevka and #Troitskoye in the Korenevsky district, the villages of #Yelizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district and #Milayevka in the Belovsky district. In the village of #Troitskoye, a house caught fire after the AFU dropped an explosive device. Explosive devices were dropped near the Zarya Farm, Glushkovsky district, in #Sudzha and near the Sudzha Checkpoint. Kamikaze drones attacked the Sudzha Checkpoint, the village of #Yelizavetovka and the village of #Krasnooktyabrsky in the Glushkovsky district and the village of #Gordeyevka.

🛡Electronic Warfare equipment suppressed AFU copters near #Yelizavetovka, Popovo-Lezhachi and #Tyotkino in the Glushkov district, #Kozino in the Rylsk district and Oleshnya Farm in the Suzhansky district. In #Akimovka and #Gorodishche of the Rylsk district, the drones used electronic warfare equipment and small arms.

💥In the #LPR, yesterday the AFU launched a missile strike on #Sverdlovsk, a fuel depot was damaged, and ignoring missile danger signals led to other serious consequences.

💥In the #DPR, Makeyevka was shelled from the AFU's MLRS, and the enemy is hitting civilians in #Donetsk with drops from copters. Nine civilians were wounded over the day.

🎬KrasnyLiman direction - a tribe of wild Ukrainians built themselves a hut in the wrong place. Our men first lit a signal fire above their heads, and then knocked on the hut with something.

Battle for #Volchansk - Situation on the #Kharkov Front at the End of 20 May 2024⚡️

🔴About the AFU Loss of the last defensive line on the approaches to #Volchansk, the Seversky Donets River on the path of the RFAF and the risk of a split in the Ukrainian group:

🔵The Ukrainian Group was forced to leave its positions on the Volchya River, which was successfully crossed by soldiers of the RFAF, who also managed to gain a foothold in the area of ​​the Volchansk Railway Station.

🟡Now we can safely say that the defence of the town on the northern side fell under the onslaught of the Russian Army.

🟡The RFAF are also advancing in the west of #Volchansk. The movement goes from #Bugratovka in the direction of the #Prilipki village. In the offensive from the west, our fighters are hampered by the Seversky Donetsk River, which they have to overcome.

🔵But since the AFU main reserves are deployed to #Volchansk, they do not meet serious resistance from the RFAF while moving along the Seversky Donets River.

Frontline #Summary for the Morning of 21 May 2024; pub. 10:03⚡️

🔴On the #Zaporozhye Front, northwest of #Verbovoye positional battles continue. The line of contact is unchanged. In the the area #Rabotino area, Russian troops, supported by artillery, continue to press the AFU defence. (Fig. 1)

🔴On the #Donetsk Front, there are advances by the RFAF in #Paraskoviyevka. There, the Russian forces were able to advance in the central part of the locality.

🟡In #Krasnogorovka, urban fighting continues. In the area of #Nevelskoye, with no changes. In #Netaylovo, clearing operations continue on the western outskirts of the settlement. It can be said that soon the settlement will be completely under the control of the RFAF.

🟡In #Umanskoye, the situation is similar, where the AFU still maintains its presence, but the Ukrainians will not be able to hold off the Russian Army for long.
