🔹 Tankers of the Southern Military District @tankistrossii100 report that fighting continues in the low-rise development of the city after breaking through AFU defences near Druzhba Avenue.
▪️ Paratroopers of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces try to counterattack using small-scale FPV drones as well as artillery fire support.
▪️ A howitzer division of the AFU's 72nd Mechanized Brigade as well as a tank battalion previously deployed in the #Ugledar area have been redeployed to the area of #Konstantinovka to the south of #Maryinka.
▪️ In addition, due to heavy losses in the 79th Brigade, units of French mercenaries were transferred to the #Maryinka area to reinforce the town's defence.
📌 Despite the best efforts of Ukrainian formations, Russian fighters managed to break the AFU defence near the territory of Gorgaz on the southern outskirts and gain a foothold in this area.

▪️Another terrorist attack on the railroad tracks during the passage of a freight train took place in the Bryansk region.
The explosion resulted in derailing of a locomotive and about 20 cars near Snezhet'skaya station.
▪️At the same time, Ukrainian forces struck the Starodubsky district of the Bryansk region.
A fire broke out in a private house in the village of Kurkovichi. There were no civilian casualties.
▪️In the neighboring Kursk region, the enemy once again shelled the village of Tetkino in Glushkovsky district.
Seven houses and a gas pipeline were damaged as a result of the attack. No casualties were reported.

Night exchange of blows - all night long drones flew over Russia and Ukraine
At night, the enemy attacked the tank farm on Taman and the airfield near Bryansk with drones. As a result, one tank was damaged - the smoke from the fire was visible even in Kerch. The attack on the airfield failed - the enemy was unable to cause serious damage to the object. In total, five UAVs participated in the attack, two of which were destroyed from small arms. As a result of the attack, a decommissioned An-124 received minor damage.
In parallel with this, "Gerani" and UMPC worked on the territory controlled by Kyiv. An oil depot in Kropyvnytskyi was hit , as well as an administrative building in the Dnieper . In addition, throughout the night it was reported about strikes on the locations of enemy troops in the Sumy, Chernihiv, Zaporozhye and Donetsk regions. As a result of the exchange of blows, it is important to note that the absence of noisy "fireworks" in Ukraine in no way indicates the ineffectiveness of Russian attacks. Yes, the plume of smoke over the burnt tank in Taman looks impressive, only we are talking about one tank out of a couple of dozens at one tank farm out of hundreds. This is a typical terrorist attack, in which the media component is greater than the real damage.
At the same time , our air forces are ironing enemy positions every night, inflicting dozens of strikes daily with only the help of planning bombs. In this case, the targets are mainly military facilities. The Ukrainian side will try to present the nighttime exchange of blows as equivalent: "You damaged the oil depot for us, and we will damage the oil depot for you." But in reality, it's not like that at all.
The enemy suffers significant losses every day. It’s just that we, unlike Ukrainians, live in a free country where they don’t put people in jail for filming the aftermath of strikes. While in Ukraine, this is much stricter, so there are “no losses”, as well as photo and video recordings of hits.

Artemovsk - the situation in the morning 05/03/23
Yesterday, Wagner PMCs continued their attacks in order to cut off the supply lines of the AFU grouping in Artemivsk (Map 1 - in areas 3 and 4). At the same time, two more blocks of low-rise buildings were taken in the northwestern part.
The enemy, after the failures with the counteroffensive (the day before yesterday), leaves no hope of holding at least part of the city until May 9th.
This is very important for him, since a regrouping of his reserves to the Seversk direction was noted, from where a counterattack (Map 2) is possible in order to cut off the main parts of the Wagner PMC in the city and further defeat them.
Judging by the weather forecast, after May 10, the weather here will change, the rains will stop and it will be possible to try to conduct a counteroffensive, which (according to the plan of the political leadership in Kiev) will nullify all the recent successes of the RF Armed Forces.
