Do they have you on vacomycin..? Its been 20+ years since I worked in a hospital pharmacy but that used to be the fall back bug juice to go after MRSA. I hope whatever they have you one takes it out but as you probably now "appreciate", its a long slugfest to beat that nasty. Prayers for your recovery!!
I'm on Doxy. Dr seemed to feel good about the choice. I'm not as convinced. She did go through all the science with me on the lab reports. The reports listed what would and wouldn't work. Tetracycline family scored the best.
Definite slog. Thankfully, this blog is my only responsibility for the next few weeks.

I had sinus surgery and found out I have MRSA. I've felt like death warmed over for nearly six months. Just gotta beat MRSA now.
