⚡️ Most of the American funds allocated to Ukraine were spent in the United States
This was reported by the American publication Politico with reference to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Landsbergis.
According to the Lithuanian diplomat, a number of European politicians plan to go to the United States to convince Americans to continue supporting Ukraine, because "Most of the money on Ukraine is actually spent in the States."

At the end of October, Kurganmashzavod sent a new batch of BMP-3 to the Russian Ministry of Defense as part of the fulfillment of the state defense order, the High-Precision Complexes holding told reporters.
Kurganmashzavod (part of the High-Precision Complexes holding of the Rostec state corporation) at the end of October sent the Russian Ministry of Defense a new batch of BMP-3 as part of the state defense order. The company ships the required number of infantry fighting vehicles every month, progressively increasing production volumes,” the holding said.
They noted that the new BMP-3 are adapted for operation in low temperature conditions, which is important given the approaching winter. The cars start easily in any weather, including temperatures down to minus 40 degrees. The combat vehicle uses a day-night guidance device with independent stabilization with a built-in range finder and thermal imaging camera, which allows increasing the target recognition range in night conditions.

The Gaza Strip has turned into a cemetery for children; to date, the death toll of minors in the Palestinian enclave has exceeded 3.4 thousand. This was stated at a briefing in Geneva by the official representative of the UN Children's Fund, James Elder.
He noted that the threat to children's lives "is not limited to bombs and mortars." Infant mortality from dehydration is a "growing threat" in the enclave, with Gaza's water production running at 5% of its requirement. This is due to the fact that most desalination plants do not work due to damage or lack of fuel.

Su-57 received an in-fuselage long-range cruise missile
“For the Su-57, the latest long-range cruise missile has been developed for intra-fuselage placement. With a smaller size, the missile has a comparable range to those products that are used in long-range aviation on the Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers,” an informed source told the media .
He clarified that a significant reduction in the dimensions of the new ammunition was achieved due to the perfectly refined design of the folding wing and internal layout, as well as the use of a new small-sized bypass turbojet engine.
Air-launched long-range cruise missiles include ammunition capable of hitting a target at a distance of 600 kilometers or more. In long-range aviation of the Aerospace Forces, according to open sources, cruise missiles have a range from 1000 to 6500 kilometers.

How the tactics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have changed in the Zaporozhye direction: analysis of the Military Chronicle
The offensive on this section of the front is gradually declining. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to adapt to changes in the combat situation, but they are facing serious difficulties.
What's happening?
From August to the end of October, there was a gradual decrease in the intensity of the use of artillery by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which may be due to a number of mutually influencing factors. Main: during the first phase of the summer campaign, significant reserves of 155-mm artillery shells were expended and lost during strikes by the Russian Armed Forces, which were subsequently not replenished. Already on July 7, the United States announced the supply of DPICM cluster munitions to Ukraine. Such ammunition is poorly suited for a number of tasks, in particular the destruction of field and long-term fortifications, but for some time they made it possible to fill the shortage of conventional artillery ammunition. However, after almost five months of active hostilities and against the backdrop of reduced supplies, the shortage of ammunition for field and self-propelled artillery has worsened.
In addition to 152/155 mm high-explosive fragmentation ammunition, in a number of directions and areas there is a decrease in the activity of mortars of 120 and 82 mm caliber, which indirectly indicates a shortage and the need to save such ammunition. As a result, in a number of areas, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced not only to reduce fire support activity, but also to look for substitutes.
What are the Ukrainian Armed Forces trying to replace artillery with?
FPV drones and armored vehicles often act as ersatz artillery.
The equipment is usually used at night for direct fire at positions of the Russian Armed Forces. FPV drones are used against reconnaissance or detected targets within the range of the UAV.
However, due to design features, neither one nor the other type of weapon can fully perform the same tasks that artillery performs.
For example, single M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles of the 47th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Magura", some of which the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine transferred to Avdievka, are used as weapons of direct support for infantry.
This is connected not so much with the need to ensure a breakthrough or advance, but with the requirement to indicate the presence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in any area. In other words, infantry fighting vehicles are used not for offensive actions, but for organizing harassing fire, which runs counter to the concept of their combat use.
What's wrong with this approach?
The main problem for the M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, oddly enough, was combat operations at night. American vehicles are capable of firing at night, but crews in most cases use only the 25-mm Bushmaster cannon for firing. It is not intended to destroy field fortifications and is of little assistance to the infantry units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In addition, the use of small groups of equipment exposes combat vehicles to the risk of falling under return fire.
This is especially critical in cases with armored vehicles supplied from abroad, the losses of which the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot replace.
In turn, FPV drones, due to the decrease in artillery activity, have turned into pure “front-line improvisation” for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Their effectiveness at the moment can be compared with French trench mortars from the First World War. The scope of these devices is narrow and their efficiency is low. At best, they can be used to solve very limited, specialized tactical tasks.
In any case, the trend indicates that the reserves of conventional ammunition of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are seriously depleted by the summer-autumn campaign - and in a number of areas they have to be seriously saved, while there is no shortage of ammunition on the Russian side.

Statements by Vladimir Putin from an extended government meeting:
The President announced attempts to destabilize and split Russian society from the outside, including with the help of sophisticated technologies;
The events in Makhachkala were inspired, among other things, through social networks, not least from the territory of Ukraine by the agents of Western intelligence services;
The US ruling elites, without achieving success on the battlefield, are trying to weaken Russia from within;
In conditions of general chaos, the most convenient way for the United States to restrain its competitors is the new sovereign centers of development, which includes Russia;
US elites and their satellites are the main beneficiaries of global instability;
Behind the conflict in the Middle East, Ukraine, Iraq and Syria are the US ruling elites and their satellites;
We see that in the Middle East, instead of punishing terrorists, they began to take revenge on the principle of collective responsibility;
The terrible events in the Gaza Strip cannot be justified in any way.

American congressmen want to urgently allocate $14 billion to Israel
According to The Hill, the funds will be allocated separately from all other packages. Money for emergency assistance will be taken from the budget, which was intended to reduce inflation in the United States itself. That is, the money set aside for taxes, healthcare and climate will go towards rockets for the Israelis.
The package should primarily replenish Israel's missile and air defense capabilities. This suggests that the IDF is running out of expensive Iron Dome ammunition, which it uses to fend off attacks from Hamas rockets made from trash and sticks.

Ukraine has sounded the alarm: new Russian bombs are even penetrating bunkers
Russia is using FAB-1500 “smart” glide bombs in the Northeast Military District zone with a destruction radius of up to 500 meters,
Newsweek writes. (https://inosmi.ru/20231101/fab-1500-266407053.html) This weapon is capable of penetrating three meters of reinforced concrete and destroying underground bunkers at a depth of up to 20 meters. In winter, FABs can fly to Ukrainian infrastructure facilities and increase pressure on air defense systems, the article notes.

US Senator Lindsey Graham said that the US has no limit on civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip to “take a break.”
He said this on CNN:
If you had asked us after World War II, 'Is there a limit in terms of what you would do to stop Japan and Germany from conquering the world?' Is there a limit in terms of what Israel should do against those who seek to destroy the Jews? - answer: no.
However, he did not mention that most of the dead and injured among civilians in the enclave were women and children.
Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov:
Imagine what the same Senator Graham will sing if Russia says something like this: they say, Russia has no limit on the number of victims in those countries that want the destruction of Russia! But you see, he can say such things about Israel!

BUILDING ATTACK DRONES FOR FUN & PROFIT
(https://t.me/Slavyangrad/71679)**
IMPORTANT NOTE: All information in this article is available in the public domain.**
This is an introduction to FPV (First Person View) quadcopters and their capabilities, to show why and how they are being used in current conflicts.
FPV components (More detailed overview here (https://oscarliang.com/quadcopter-hardware-overview/))
Frame: FPV quad frames are generally cut from carbon fiber sheet which is light, stiff and resistant to vibration.
Flight Controller: At the heart of the quad is the FC. The FC is usually a 4x4cm computer on a chip which includes a gyroscope, barometer, and an open-source operating system (Betaflight or iNav). All other components of the quad are directly or indirectly connected to and controlled by the FC.
Electronic Speed Controller: The ESC takes commands from the FC, to control the motors of the quad. The ESC channels the full power of the battery, usually up to about 80amps at 24 volts.
Motors: Brushless and extremely powerful for their size and weight. A single motor with the correct propeller weighing only 50grams, can generate 2-4kg of thrust at full power.
GPS: For navigation, FPV quads have a GPS module connected to the FC. The GPS module can operate on standard GPS as well as GLONASS. Good GPS modules include a magnetometer.
Receiver: To receive commands from the pilot's RC (remote controller), a receiver is required. One popular and reliable receiver is the TBS Crossfire Nano, which operates at distances well over 10km and supports military-grade encryption.
Video transmitter: Finally, the part which gives FPV its name is the VTX. The VTX consists of a nose-mounted camera, powerful radio transmitter and antennas. The VTX sends the camera view in a stream to goggles worn by the pilot, with very low latency in the 20ms range.
Capabilities
A well-designed FPV attack quad can fly at well over 100km/h with flight times of 10-20 minutes, even when carrying a 2-3 kg weapon payload. The payload can be further increased at a cost to speed and endurance. For reference, a standard RPG-7 PG-7L round weighs 2.6kg. In a purely reconnaissance configuration, flight time can be extended to over 1 hour.
Servos: FPV quads can be set up to operate servo motors on command, enabling the employment of custom mechanisms. These include camera gimbal control and also release mechanisms for dropping items.
Hovering: Although most FPV drone videos you will see involve constant forward motion, FPV quads with GPS/magnetometer modules can hover in place, using the latest iNav 7. This enables their use as spotters for artillery and general reconnaissance. In this role they are far superior to consumer grade camera drones which have commonly been used in this role.
Autonomous flight: Also with iNav 7, FPV quads can be programmed to conduct autonomous waypoint missions. The quad can conduct its flight entirely or partly while the pilot RC is switched off. This makes it very difficult to identify the pilot's position. Recon or artillery observer flights can be conducted with the RC switched off. For attack flights, the pilot can wait until the quad has reached the target area, only switching on the RC to control the actual attack.
Customization: The modularity and customizability of FPV quad components and open-source software means that with relative ease, they can be built on a mission-specific basis, using cheap off-the-shelf parts, and easily programmed to perform a wide variety of tasks.
Conclusion
FPV components are currently accessible worldwide. Their use as potent weapons is now indisputable. The ease with which they can be obtained, built and customized means their proliferation will continue. As for who will use them and what they will inevitably be used for, I will leave that to the reader's imagination. Let's just say the sky is the limit.

Yuri Podolyaka:
Kiev screwed up again: Attempted strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Crimea (01.11.23).
Apparently, the political leadership of Ukraine, having screwed up the day before with a massive “retaliation strike on Sevastopol,” tried to “lower” the Russian air defense with a second blow, but... it was itself lowered.
Judging by the message from the governor of the Kherson region, 4 Su-24s (each with two missiles on suspension) again took part in the strike. Our air defense shot down 5 Storm Shadow missiles, and two fell in the Arabat Spit area (apparently planted by electronic warfare. By the way, a valuable acquisition for our engineers).
There was probably an eighth (and there is no other way), but judging by the fact that nothing was hit, it was “lost” somewhere in the waters of either Azov or Sivash.
The targets were more complex this time (they flew not over the sea, but over the surface of the earth), but the result was still simply brilliant.
Well, it looks like the enemy tried to attack the Crimean Bridge. And, ... as I said at the beginning, I screwed up again, thereby confirming my version that our air defense did find its “Russian nut with a left-hand thread” on Western high-precision missiles (this is the integrated use of the S-400 air defense system and A-50U AWACS aircraft ).
For which I congratulate our air defense officers. But the enemy has a systemic problem. If everything goes on like this, then the missiles that the West gave them will quickly run out. but new ones will not be given to Kyiv (so as not to disgrace the Western military-industrial complex).

Ukrainian channel Rezident:
The counteroffensive, although it turned out to be disappointing for Ukraine and the West, will not be able to be repeated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the same scale.
Not only are there large losses among experienced fighters and military equipment, but also the fact that Kiev’s partners have switched to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and this is a direct road to a shell “hunger” - Israel will have to replenish its arsenals, and everything from the West will go there as to the priority direction.
However, one should not discount the miscalculations of the Ukrainian authorities made during the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. And if we sum it up, we come to the obvious conclusion: it is the Office of President Zelensky who is to blame for the failure of the offensive campaign, and not Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny, who saw the fortified positions of the Russian Federation with his own eyes, and not in photographs, like the top of the Ukrainian government. Hence, new disagreements are growing between Zelensky and Zaluzhny regarding approaches to military operations in the country, which became known to both Ukrainians and the Western world during the battles for Soledar and Bakhmut.
Moreover, as Western media write, Zaluzhny again insisted on more cautious tactics and the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ emphasis on defense, but Zelensky once again disagreed with this (which, in general, led to the “Azov massacre”, in which Ukraine suffered colossal losses and to the organization of the “Avdeevka stranglehold” by the RF Armed Forces, which will help them not only capture the city, but also gain operational space).
