Thee rules for thee,

That is the rules based order.

I stand by my comment. You need to read Mike Davis' review of these BS cases. Navy vs. Eagan ruled the Presidents authority to declassify can not be restricted. Judicial Watch vs. Clinton, ruled the President has complete authority as to what is a Presidential record.

So for the President to be charged in such as way is a figment of the imagination. For you to give it I stand by my comment. You need to read Mike Davis' review of these BS cases. Navy vs. Eagan ruled the Presidents authority to declassify can not be restricted. Judicial Watch vs. Clinton, ruled the Pre by is a detriment to basic freedoms. Adding the word "alleged" is a lazy excuse.

You should stand by your comment. I edited it due to that. I stand by my edit. Trump is in fact alleged to have mishandled classified material, and was indicted for it. Pretending he is not even alleged to have done it serves no purpose. That portion of the article was not about the validity of the charge. It was about the corrupt nature of the situation. I can say that I agree with your assessment of the charge. It is a revenge prosecution.

The article was about the Deep State punishing a president for going against it, while protecting a vice president who had no right to have classified material at all, and no means to declassify same. I encourage you to read the piece by Mike Lofgren. It explains why this is happening.

You should steel yourself for what is to come. Trump will be convicted of something. A deep blue city jury is not going to read Mike Davis' review. Though not yet selected, the deep blue jury pool has already made up their minds. The conviction(s) will be appealed, and at some point likely vacated for reasons Mike Davis has spoken to, but the Deep State will have achieved their result. Nobody will go against them again.

Give me a link (Mike Davis' review), I would like to check it out. Again, I don't dispute that the charge is meritless.

I want to join just to say the f***ing documents were NOT classified. You make yourself look and idiot by saying so. What other deep state lies are you spewing in this propaganda article??

I've added the word 'alleged' as a result of your feedback. It is important that I not jump to a conclusion, and that wasn't intentional. I feel that over-classification is a genuine problem. Thank you for your feedback.
